We live out of state and didn't have context on the local wedding scene. Our venue also provided very little - we had to bring in generators, tents, furniture, etc. We are the type of clients that wanted to explore all options and vendors in the ecosystem. Our only regret is that we didn't trust Katy's guidance 100% of the time early on, because it turned out she was always right. She has excellent relationships with all the vendors and will get you great rates and service, while making sure the wedding is personalized, creative, and unique to the couple. We unexpectedly had to change venues for our rehearsal dinner 5 days before the event due to covid, and she managed it all with ease, securing new decor, transportation etc, always staying on top of the smallest details. Despite the crazy times, she maintained a positive attitude and kept us as calm as possible. Bridal Bliss also uses Rock Paper Coin, which makes payment tracking and vendor management easy. We simply could not have done it without Katy and Bridal Bliss. They are worth every penny and more. We would be happy to be a reference for any prospective clients.

I was recommended to hire her through some of my mother's friends, and it could not have been more worth it. From the very beginning, she was kind, attentive, and took the time to truly understand our wedding vision - classic and timeless - and what mattered most to us. She was thoughtful and prompt in her communication throughout the planning process, making everything feel seamless and stress-free leading up to the big day On the wedding day itself, Catherine went above and beyond--stepping in to help when we needed it most (especially with our cake!)--all while maintaining such calm professionalism. She was always present without ever feeling intrusive, bringing a sense of ease to the entire day. Her eye for detail and artistry are remarkable, and she carries herself with such warmth, grace, and care that made Julian and I feel supported from start to finish. We are beyond grateful to have had Catherine by our side. She not only helped make our wedding day run smoothly but truly enhanced the experience with her compassion and dedication. I cannot recommend her enough to any couple looking for a wedding planner who combines exceptional talent with genuine compassion and an unwavering commitment to making their wedding day unforgettable. Having engaged Whitney from overseas, and having the added logistical complication of attempting to plan and coordinate the component wedding events via email, it's insufficient to say that Whitney managed to produce what turned out to be the perfect wedding. From planning through execution, the event was executed beautifully. Communication was excellent, any "hitches" were dealt with swiftly and with zero issues. All involved parties - and there were a LOT of us - were calmly managed by Whitney and because of that, we knew our roles to a "T". I don't know what her services cost but whatever they run, I've got to believe that they're worth it. For an event of this importance in your life, you can't go wrong working with Whitney.

Knowing that this was going to be one of the most important days in our lives, we did a lot of homework and interviewed several planners. In addition to experience and strong references, the single most important factor to us was chemistry. Warm and genuinely caring, we connected with Carisa from the start and knew we didn't want to entrust our wedding to anyone else. The other factors we considered: 1) clear, reliable communication skills - including the ability to listen and really understand our vision and intention for the event; 2) strong organizational skills and follow-through; 3) established relationships with the best vendors; 4) clear design inspiration and passion; and 5) a game-day MVP who calmly directs the show behind the scenes and makes everything run smoothly. Carisa delivered on every criteria, and, in fact, exceeded our high expectations. It has now been over a year since our special day, and we still get compliments from our guests who tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to! The whole experience was truly joyous and magical, and Carisa and the entire Adornment Events team were essential in making our dream a reality. The financial investment in hiring Carisa and her A-team to seamlessly orchestrate our big day was worth every penny, and we could not have done it without them. We cannot recommend Carisa and Adornment Events highly enough!!!

All things I would have hated to do on my own. The day of she did all of the setup, coordinating, and tear down. When she needed help, she grabbed a few willing volunteers who were there early. We were able to relax and enjoy our day. Also, she literally saved my reception! There are 2 very similar venues and the caterer delivered it to the wrong one. We both had tacos, and even though their delivery was several hours early and a different vendor, they were ready to start eating. Amanda figured it out, wrangled people to help her go get the food, and brought everything back. We honestly had no idea until several days later. I would have been so stressed out if I knew about that and needed to take care of it on my own. I didn't have to, though. Because Amanda is amazing.

On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel.
