I…read morehad ordered yearbooks for my two daughters, who attend Middle School, earlier in the school year. Unfortunately, there was some sort of mix-up, and the order wasn't showing up in the system when yearbooks were distributed. I was worried my daughters would miss the opportunity to have their friends and classmates sign their yearbooks before the end of the school year. When I contacted Bell Studio, they immediately stepped in to help. They had me come to the studio and went above and beyond by printing both yearbooks the very same day so my girls could have them in time to take to school the next day. Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers the way Bell Studio does. They turned a disappointing situation into a wonderful experience for my family. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and for making sure my daughters didn't miss out on such special middle school memories. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend Bell Studio!

Her poor business managment skills, lack of communication, and ability to make up an excuse for every issue is just the start. It was so bad working with Danielle and this company that we were reaching out to other catering companies days before our wedding in an effort to ensure we were going to have food. Below is a few of the issues we had with this business for our August 2022 wedding. - Zero communication after paying deposit. - Excuse for every issue in not being able to communicate. - 30 min late arriving to venue for wedding - They forgot knives for our 200 guests - Ran out of drink cups that they were supplying within 5 minutes of serving - Half the staff that was promised - They forgot table runners - Unprofessional staff Saving the best for last.... We had 40 people that DID NOT eat. We were notified the morning of the wedding that guests would need to serve themselves for everything but meat, that was not our original plan. The sides ran out so quickly and the meat was not served to 40 people. We paid for 220 people. Called Danielle multiple times the week before to let her know that we would be more around 200. (Trying to be courteous) We had 194 folks show up and still they still ran out. At the end of the day, save yourself the awful experience my wife and I had to go through and find someone else to cater your event.

You can't get any better service than her. It's got a reasonably good atmosphere. While slightly cramped, it's nothing you can't easily move around in. As for their product selection, it's pretty large. I felt like they covered all major holidays/events, with reasonable prices. My Mom and I went in about an hour before closing, and still got great service plus the products we needed. Overall, it's a small party store with the party supplies you need, and an employee who will raise your mood just from conversing with her.

I called and made a RSVP with a friendly person. When I arrived, there was somber yet jovial person there to assist me. I was tired, hungry and incapable of normal conversation after ten hours on a bicycle. I got my key and immediately because of the decor I was scared of bed bugs. I pulled back the sheets and checked the windowsills. A bug crawled out of the sheets but it was a spider and there was some flies in the sill, but that wouldn't stop me from sleeping. I slept well, but this place shows the signs of being rode hard. If you are exhausted, this is the place for you.

(My wife and I gently rolled toward the middle of the queen in room 11.) It has a musty motel smell that encouraged us to sleep with windows open with a low overnight temperature of 43 F. The upholstered chairs were not so much filthy as worn, never to be white (beige?) again. The free wireless did not work at all in room 16. When asked about it, we were moved closer to the office to pick up the wireless. It was strong enough but dropped multiple times on both a laptop and iPad. I'd call it buggy but it may be a short-lived issue.

We found the campground to be clean, quiet, and well cared for. The staff (especially the owners Alan and Ember) are friendly, welcoming, and very willing to help if you need anything. I usually spend my camping days reading or relaxing around the campsite while my husband likes to fish. We found Silver Lake Resort to be the perfect place to enjoy both as we slowed down and unplugged for a few days.
