UPDATE: Woooooow. Was never contacted by this business after my review, but just received a notification that they used the photo of what I ordered (but definitely did not receive) as their profile picture. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Oh, also, the crappy plant they sent died within weeks. I have deleted the original photos (ordered vs. delivered were originally posted as two separate images) and re-uploaded as a single combined image to prevent this lame business from using a photo of what they did not provide as their profile photo again. ORIGINAL: Ordered a super cute succulent planter for my mom's birthday that was perfect for her in every way. What was delivered was pretty tacky, and nothing like what I ordered except that it included the ceramic Camaro planter. Instead of a grouping of succulents planted in the planter, my mom got a cheesy basket packed with ugly yellow cellophane with a houseplant haphazardly placed inside, along with the Camaro planter, which had another houseplant stuffed into it. Both plants were still in their flimsy plastic grower's pots and also still had price stickers attached. I understand the need to make substitutions, but what she got wasn't comparable to what I ordered in any way, and it was apparent that the whole thing was just thrown together with zero effort or attention to detail. I could not be more disappointed. My mom can't keep houseplants because her cats eat them and get sick, hence why I ordered an arrangement of succulents. Now I have to buy succulents and re-plant the planter for her, after spending $60 for the arrangement to begin with. I would have loved to reach out via e-mail directly to this business to provide them with this feedback, but unfortunately their only contact info is a phone number, which doesn't allow me to share photos and requires me to carve out time for making a call in my busy workday, so Yelp it is. read more

Cornerstone Flowers is a true FIVE star business. I worked with the owner Donna and she was hands down the best. My request was to send a sympathy arrangement including a angel of some sort and she said no problem for $35. I was able to spend more, so for $75 I received a LARGE arrangement and two keepsakes - angel and a cross. Donna delivered it same day. To make it even better since I live out of town, I asked for a photo of the final product. She said no problem, text work for you? Heck yes. Fantastic customer experience and I will use them again!
