Because of that I asked if Allen could create a custom piece for me for an upcoming birthday two months away. I did this because I loved his product. So my review from here will reflect the process of my custom order; and not the premade items he has for sale at Pike Place Market. I contacted Allen mid November and asked if he could do a custom piece for me. Allen agreed and said the projected deadline date given was doable. I sent pictures of the item I wanted him to create and gave an approximate size of what I wanted. Allen said he would work with that and get back to me with final size and price options. I never got size and prices, but was reassured he was working on the project. I would periodically check in on the progress. I didn't contact him after the first week in December because of Christmas and figured he was busy. A few days after Christmas I contacted him again and asked him for an update on the progress of my project. He got back to me and stated, "...I was really swamped on Christmas orders and gifts and didn't have much time to work on it. I'll make headway on it this week." I waited over a week to get in touch and requested the price and size options. No response. 7 days later I called him and he answered the phone. When he realized It was me on the phone he sounded as if he hadn't worked on the project and commented that it would be a difficult project to do but he wanted to keep it under $500 dollars and said he wanted it to look good and didn't want me to be disappointed with it. We talked about the deadline and he requested I call him back in four days to see how far he had gotten and that would give him time to determine if he thought he could complete the project on time. Keep in mind the deadline is now only 10 days away. After we hung up I sent a follow up email confirming I still wanted the project. I called him four days later as he requested. No Answer. I left a message and asked about the progress and if he thought he could finish in time. He never got back to me. The next day I sent another message and told him I had a little "wiggle room" and could give him 7 more days. Again, no response. I have not heard from him since. I sent my last message on the deadline and said, "....I have not heard from you and assume you have not started the project or don't plan on making it. I hope I am wrong. I would appreciate a professional and straightforward answer so I can get another / different birthday present in time." His pre-made items are great and beautiful. But I can't say anything nice about his custom work or his professionalism.

I go to the front of the ONLY REGISTER and cashier. Never even acknowledged. A new customer walks in immediately and again I'm immediately invisible again even standing in front of him. The client and cashier are talking literally over me. The men are tall and I'm standing between them. Then the old blond manager. Not to get her confused with the lovely younger blond lady that works there who is super nice and helpful. She comes out greets the man customer and starts havi g a whole conversation with the cashier and the customer. They help him with his order and go to check him out but guess who is Still standing there waiting to get weed... ME. So the customers checks my fucking shoulder and I grt knocked back..... NOTHING THEY ARE STILL ALL 3 CHATTING IT UP... I just straight up leave... I use to go there 2 times agreed. I would spend early 150 a week on goodies... I will dri k bleach before I give them anymore of my or my families business again.and the sad part is.... they were always the ones who helped me... they'd ask about mu kids and family. I know about them.. I got a new hair cut ams a dye job and they didn't even acknowledged me.... I've been going there for 4 years... and they treated me like shit because the didn't recognize that I was a regular and so was my husband.... don't go there... no prices are worth being treated like a nobody from people you know. He laid down a concrete pad and came back two days later to physically move the mailbox. He had to dig up a bunch of shrubbery and plants where the concrete pad was going, and even re-planted them after the concrete pad was done. He always communicated when he was on his way, when he arrived, and sent photos of the project before he left for the day. His estimate was within our budget and did the job in a timely and efficient manner. He left absolutely no mess and just did a fantastic job, over and above my expectations. Super nice guy, I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, I called the pharmacy and asked if they could double check theirr count. I was told I would get a call back later that day. 1/2 hour before they close, with no call back I call to check status. The very rude pharmacist tells me that there's no way they'd make a mistake. When I asked if he could count what he has and see if his inventory count was right, he told me he has 100's of pills and that's impossible, the best he could do is count them in front of me in the future. I said I will no longer fill anything there and HE HUNG UP ON ME. The worst customer service! It's too bad because they are local. Don't go there unless you want to supply the pharmacists habit with your script.
