We were able to put our reservation on hold and I was able to reschedule the bounce house for a different date a few days later. They had a great response time, were compassionate and were so willing to work with me on rescheduling. When the crew came to set up, they were quick, clean and respectful of our property and explained things very well. When they came to pick it up they left our yard in great condition and it was great to see how much time and effort they put into cleaning the bounce house after we were done. The whole process was so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend!
