If I could give it 10 stars I would. We celebrated my mother-n-laws 90th birthday here. My husband & I live in California & started planning it about 3 months ago. This is the 1st place that came up on google when I searched for a venue. There were about 60 people that came from Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Colorado & of course the family & friends who live here in Idaho. Deanna & Dean who own & run this place did a fantastic job to make it a perfect afternoon/evening. Deanna responded to me whenever I had a question. This place is gorgeous. I had my wedding here last Sunday, and the day was even better than I could have imagined. With the help of friends, family, and the owner of this venue, Deanna, everything was perfect. Deanna stayed up late with all of us the night before the wedding to help set up, and guide us through decorations. Earlier in the process of planning the wedding day, Deanna was so kind to meet with me to plan, and pick out pieces from her extensive inventory of decorations, and other event essentials that helped bring my vision to life. She was even willing to purchase, and add any additional items that I wanted to her inventory for me to use. The venue itself is so beautiful. With outdoor, and indoor options for your ceremony, you won't have to worry about Southeastern Idaho's temperamental forecast effecting your day. The venue is beautiful. But the owners are very unprofessional. While in the middle of the wedding reception, she had the nerve to walk another potential wedding party through the whole place. Talking to them about what they could do at their own wedding. As a potential client this would have been an absolute turn off for me. And as a guest at the current wedding, I feel horrible for the bride and groom who had their wedding interrupted for the owners next dollar. The owner commented that they asked the bride. Personally I find that even worse. To bother the bride on her special day to see if you can make a buck. read more

The owner is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Very sweet! You do have the option to pay more to have her help setup and take down and her help is worth it! venue itself is amazing! On the other hand... PLEASE look and ask about everything!! My family member who got married there a month ago saw prices on the website and was told by the owner it was a different price. This was for multiple things they offered. The owner FORGOT who my family member was and the date the wedding was for due to not writing it down. The week before the owner almost doubled booked the venue for another event due to the lack of knowing what was going on. My wife and I could not even enjoy our family's wedding due to the owner not showing up to run the event. That's right! You will need to make sure someone else is there to run the sound, music, and the event so everyone can enjoy it. The sound system was poor quality, and to fix it you would have to go downstairs where you can't hear anything, try to guess the volume for the Microphone. The music has to be connected by Bluetooth and it has to stay in one spot so it doesn't cut out during songs. The owner just wants to rent out the place get paid and not show up to do anything. If you want her to be there then you will have to pay double out of your pocket and hope it goes well. Definitely needs a lot of training on how to run a venue correctly and to update the website to make sure everything matches, especially prices read more

By FAR worth the $ - would definitely recommend! If you're considering it as an option, reserve now. The inside is beautiful as well as a big chunk of the lawn area.
