Fortunately, we noticed those items before they departed. Unloaded very quickly, sadly they stacked heaviest boxes on top of lighter ones, especially since we are older seniors when space would allow that the boxes didn't need to be stacked. I was unaware ahead of time, they wouldn't be unwrapping items they packed including electric fire place and 55" TV which needed to be set up on fireplace like it was in former home. Left it wrapped, sitting on floor leaning against fireplace. There was no way we could lift it into place.
