A week ago you guys held a check for 5700 even though I never bounced one in my life for five days, the day before you had my account in the red -3600 for no reason nothing bounced just showed -3600. Major concerns with your bank. 12-4-2024 update. I received a call from Mike from the corporate office who actually explained why my check was held, which made perfect sense. I let Mike know if I was told that in advance I would never have written this review nor customer service several times. apparently the check was flagged by an outside company that questioned the availability of funds so I totally understand why the bank held the check. I just did not know the reason until today I think when corporate follows through with phone calls letters and trying to correct the situation it shows that the business cares, thank you for the phone call

I had to run around between multiple locations. Many managers from different locations said this could be refunded. But the managers at this Wallingford branch had no empathy and were disregarding of the issue. This game of chasing my money was costing me expensive time that would have a better return when I focus on my business. So I had to stop with it. Just putting this here so others do not get played with in the same way. We were good customers for over 2 years and wanted to change banks. Because of this we lost over $1000 in fees to this location. Please refund.

This organization, situated in Fairfield County, as I am, was a good place to start. Two visits in 24 hours to the branch have been very satisfying in terms of service. They even remembered me! Seriously that's a big deal! I immediately saved $144 per year getting rid of my Bank of America checking account and working with this organization. I only wait for a piece of plastic to arrive ( minor inconvenience) so I can start to resume my normal life with only one Financial institution in place. They've been pleasant to deal with and actually remembered me from day one today to day two! That in itself is remarkable in this day and age where corporate and banker greed is starting to take over our society! Peace out!
