It's why I've never needed to make a change to any other banking institution.. In the past two weeks, they've begun using high technology to eliminate the need to fill out deposit/withdrawal/transfer slips. One tells the clerk what you want to do, and how much, and they have a palm print reader to substitute for your signature. Pretty cool!

They do provide a convenient "interactive teller machine" feature on the ATM, which video chats with a live staff person at their corporate head quarters. My experience overall has been positive. I only used Connex for a car loan, but definitely would recommend them to people looking for financial services.

She is now covering her mishandling of the account by lying about what she told me when two other people were with me. It might take two weeks to gain access to my account. They flat out LIED to me over the phone in regards to Federal Regulations! I work at a bank! I worked 10 years in a call center! They tried to tell me it was a regulation that they could not take more than one call back number for me & that they could not give me a manager's name or phone number or email & that they could not guarantee a call back from anyone in regards to my concerns. I WILL NOT stand for this. Just blasting them so everyone knows NOT to bank with them if they aren't already stuck with this awful "company"....
