My wife and I run a remodeling business just like the man below. Glad we're in different areas! I decided to use Webstar after some marketing emails came my way. We used to live across the country and business was booming for us. We had to move due to my wife's mother needing some assistance. It was difficult for us, being in a new area and having no word of mouth marketing. It's been a challenge, and I neglected out website and a lot of marketing that I should have been doing. I gave Webstar a call, told them what I was looking for and they gave me a couple options. They were very helpful in the initial stages, they designed and delivered my website, but most important they overdelivered and gave me something that has started to change the direction of my company. Since using Webstar, I guess it was 2 months ago, I've landed 2 new jobs that came because of their work. I've seen a few bad reviews of them here and there, but I don't see how that's possible. Anyone that really used these guys can attest to the quality and professionalism. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I don't feel that a review is suitable to show how grateful and happy we are. However, repeat business and referrals will show! We have another website we're going to be doing to expand into a few surrounding cities for ranking purposes, and will be having them handle that project as well. Good job guys. Keep on keepin on! We used Webstar for our roofing company in Collinsville, IL although we do work in all the St. Louis metro area. We had 3 websites designed specifically for certain cities to be able to track our marketing attempts. We also used their search engine optimization service for each website and the results were great. We did have a problem with one of the websites, I think it was just Google being Google. They explained to me what was going on and it ended up taking an additional 2 weeks for the search engine ranking to really climb up to the top 3 spots. We're currently ranking #1 in 2 different cities and ranking #2 in another. That was the only delay I experienced with them, which wasn't a big deal. I'd recommend webstar. This is a fraudulent company that has stolen $1000 from our small business located in Southwick, mass. He promised a website in 6 weeks and that was back in July. After constant postponements he's now just completely ignoring all phone calls and any attempt to reach him. He's a thief and an incompetent business owner, DO NOT USR THIS COMPANY!!!! They will rob you just like they robbed us. Its disgusting that people can do this. I'm currently filing a claim with the state's attnys office and seeking legal advice.
