The Insite Advice team created a custom website on a WordPress platform. This arrangement enabled us to outsource the original design and development of the site while still allowing us to update the copy on our own. They took our rough outline and turned it into a clean website with a great user experience. Even as a smaller end project we had a dedicated project manager and had constant communication with the primary developer. With no prior development or website background Insite's guidance was key for the timeline execution and overall comfort with the project. read more

I worked with Insite Advice on a web development project for my former employer. We had a tight budget and the Insite Advice team worked with us to create an amazing site. The team worked with our internal and external stakeholders to provide clear milestones on the site development. The site required the use of a SQL database created from our excel data. This is a VERY POOR website design co. We had a project with them that's due in 3 months. They not only delayed the entire project to 6 months and but also had it only LESS THAN HALF finished. Not to mention the design sucks and not functional! They could promise you a lot before the project starts but they NEVER keep their words. Yes, I mean NEVER! They said they have ~4 people in charge of technical part but turns out there's only one guy (called Matt) working on the project. When they say they'll deliver something 'this week' you always want to expect it next or next next week. They can always find all kinds of excuses for their delay and not being able to finish the work. You just have to push them all the time! In the end, once they find that they could not have it done, they'll retort it is that YOU can never be satisfied but actually the work has never been done! I must say, this is a co. with NO CREDIBILITY. I try to be objective. But dealing with them is really a painful experience! They maybe cheap. But trust me, NEVER EVER ask them for a website design. Otherwise you'll in big headache! FYI, its owner is a guy named Alex Wolk. read more
