I spent a large amount on the Yellowstone Tent, which seems to be of excellent quality, and they did make it to order and get it to me in good time. However, I cannot set it up because they sent me the wrong combination of poles. When I called to remedy this, the lady I spoke with knew nothing and told me I could expect a call back by someone who does, two days later and still I have heard nothing. I have tried to call back but everyone seems to be out of the office and unavailable. I am already more than a week behind schedule, and no one will be able to call me until Monday, if I can even talk to someone then. Reliable Tent has made me become unreliable to the people depending on me. I would search elsewhere for a company willing to not only make great tents but also care for the people that invest in them. Spending this much money only to lose more is not a wise decision.
