They need to improve their correspondence and their business model. Put your kid in a class/sport you can be sure they are learning and enjoying it. I didn't know what I was paying for as there were no updates and my child is only 3 so she didn't give me much feedback. They were hard to get a hold of or get correspondence from. My daughter did Webby for three years at her last preschool and she loved it! We wish it were at her new TK school! The in class performances were so fun, seeing her in the costumes! My 3.5 grandson participates in Webby Dance Company weekly through his preschool located in Long Beach CA. It's his first time experiencing a dance program and he loves it! The school has provided pictures of him participating and you can tell how much fun he's having dancing along to the music and themes Webby creates for the preschoolers. He looks forward to his weekly session and asks almost everyday if he's having Webby dance. It is an extra curriculum program offered by the preschool that you pay in addition to preschool tuition. But the fees are reasonable in my opinion for a weekly session of dance. My daughter is happy she enrolled him in Webby Dance because he's learning dance and having fun in a group environment. read more

This company is scummy and goes to preschools and advertises by giving kids a free "trial" lesson and promises a tshirt for signup so they can bring the flyer home and tell their parents how much they want it. If it weren't for the daily video activity feeds the school my daughter goes to provides us, we wouldn't have known how shady their practices are and assume all the kids love it when we clearly see a bunch of kids not liking it or engaged with it until the offer of free tshirt was mentioned. Webby comes to my kids preschool. First, my kids wanted to do the webby and they advertise them getting a free shit and blah blah blah. well that is not true. my kids seem like they are not being stimulated by the Dance / gymnastics. my youngest son wanted to try it again and still no shit. i even emailed Meredith and she said will send it. that is a lie. and so now i am unenrolling my son because i am not going to support a company that treats customers like this and not being very business like or respectful they are just money hungry and don't nt really teach. i talk to many other parents that feel the same way and feel the kids are not even going to class. so there for i am writing this review. to let other parents know beware . read more

As a prior daycare director, I strongly advise against bringing Webby to your school. Communication with their management is poor and they don't seem to give their teachers enough time to get between daycares on time. read more

Okay we will start out with when I first signed up I signed my daughter up online. They ask you, online of course if you'd like some one to call you back and I checked yes. Because I didn't get much info on the class only from my daughter's teacher and a friend. No one called me back but made sure to take my money out of my account. Next, no where on their site does it say this a quarterly sign up, seasonal sign up, etc... so out of no where my daughter tells me she didn't go to dance class (it's on Thursdays and they come to her school) I called and they told me you didn't reapply for the season/quarter. I told them I had No idea that's how they did things and told them to re enroll her right away. After that apparently they raised the price of the class WITHOUT any notifications. I saw my bank statement and had to call them and they proceeded to tell me they raised their rates. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE BEEN TOLD AND OR GIVEN A HEADS UP BEFORE IT HAPPENED?! Then, as I was going through my online bank statement I saw they doubled charged me in Nov. Once on the 8th the other on the 22nd. I called to ask them why, and when they FINALLY got back to me they told me it was because they forgot to charge me for October so they double charged me in November. AGAIN just give me a HEADS UP people! My god! Last but not least, today I called them (by the way you can NEVER get through, you have to leave a message and then they'll get back to toy when they feel like it) I left the message that my daughter will no longer be going to that school so after this month no longer will I be continuing her dance class. I asked for someone to.call me back so they can Acknowledge this and I will be assured I will no longer be charged for a dance class she won't even be in. So about an hour later i get a call back from them ( I only know it was them because I called the number back) apparently the call had a bad connection and was all garbled. I said I can't hear who this is please call me back. Nothing, still nothing. This place is BEYOND NON PROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY they are HORRIBLE! read more

My daughter is extremely shy but the teachers from Webby Dance Company that give classes at her school especially (Ms. Barbie/ that's what my daughter says). They are very patient and my daughter actually performed on the big stage! No tears just a little nerves but she did it. I'm grateful to everyone who made this possible. After I heard that my child (4 year old) was having a dance recital from another mother (no email or call), I called Webby and spoke to Becky, She had 1 custom left, which seemed pricy, the wrong size, and missing shoes. But hey, the show must go on, we made it work. After the recital part of her costume was missing ( the stinger) and since I wasn't allowed backstage, it is now lost. I'm not one to give bad reviews but I feel an email, call or refund for the shoes, something would be sufficient. I don't feel this is a structured dance company. Someone once described WEBBY Dance as having "big business goals with small business values" and I think that is a perfect way to classify them. I signed up for auto debit for classes each month and when my son wasn't interested in going to class the office contacted me to discuss his attendance instead of just letting the auto debit run. I appreciate that. When we were looking for preschools a huge impact was whether or not the school had WEBBY. It speaks volumes of the quality of program. We have participated in the recital and it was an awesome time for my son. They were sensitive to having boys in the class and chose dances, skills, and shirts more gender specific towards boys (although I did ask him if he wanted a pink shirt). You always feel a part of the family and everyone from teachers to office staff to accounts know you by name. read more

Three of my children have danced with Webby Dance Company. This was their absolute favorite activity at preschool. The girls put on several dance shows at home. The instructors were caring, professional and fun! I have been to several of their dance recitals and couldn't believe the organization and entertainment! We watch our recital DVD's all the time! Don't waste your money on that place. They don't teach kids anything useful and they are completely unprofessional. My 3yr old daughter was taking a class there at her daycare. When it was time for their Christmas performance instructors forgot to bring her on stage. She was ready to go, very excited about her performance, waiting with the other kids and they just forgot to bring her on. It was going to be her first performance ever and both my wife and I took a day off work to watch her. When I asked one of the instructors if there was anything wrong and why was my daughter not performing the instructor became extremely defensive and started telling me how difficult her job was. I am not sure if she wanted me to feel sorry for her or what. The owner of the school called me the same day to apologize and promised that they would have a special performance so my daughter could perform on stage. That never happened even though I called them several times to remind them of their promise. So my advice if you want your child to learn how to dance and not be neglected take him or her some place else. read more
