You know you're getting top notch customer service when the only guy in the whole place is sleeping on the couch. I said "Good morning" at increasingly louder volumes to try get his attention... no dice! He finally woke up looking incoherent and desperate for a cup of coffee and after I give him the order number, he starts asking me non-sensical questions like, "What word do you want translated?" Huh? "Where do you want stickers delivered?" What? I kept repeating, "I'm just here to pick up stickers." Finally he tells me, "When Lily get here you get your stickers." I said, "When's that?"
