TERRIBLE STAFF!!!…read more Incredibly rude experience at checkout. My husband (30) and I (25) stopped in to pick up a bottle, and I had forgotten my ID at home. They refused to sell to my husband, even though he was the one making the purchase and had his ID. We went all the way home to get mine, only to return and see a child who looked to be about 12 carrying three bottles of wine up to the counter for his parents to purchase. Apparently that wasn't an issue, yet me simply being with my 30-year-old husband without my ID was. I understand stores have policies and employees have to follow them, but there is a polite and professional way to handle situations like this. This employee at checkout was unnecessarily rude from the start, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. Consistency and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

It looks sketchy on the outside but has a good selection of craft beer. There are local beers like Rahr and Grapevine and a large variety of beers from larger brands like Dogfish Head. So many times customers are quick to hop on social media and rant about their negative experiences…read more I wanted to take a few minutes to discuss my experience with Top Liquor Beer Wine. Let me preface this by saying that this could of very easily gone sideways, but they went out of their way to make it right. I recently purchased a bottle of high end bourbon that I discovered to have an issue with the seal AFTER I left the establishment. Although I was 99.9% sure that I didn't cause the issue, I could of understood if the establishment wanted to question my issue. That never happened here. I spoke to "G" on the phone and told him the problem. I wasn't able to make it back in the store until two days later and they didn't give me any issues at all. Exchanged my bottle without hassle and even talked to me about other spirits that I may interested in. It was my first time to visit this location and won't be the last. Definitely gained a life long customer because of the way that they handled my concern.
