Walmart Auto Center Benner pike is the worst. I was to have an oil change and they drained the…read moretransmission before catching it. They didn't replace the fluid and hide the fact that it happened. My transmission is now shot and is almost $7000.00 to have it rebuild. The manager and Team lead where both there when i picked up my car and didn't bother to tell me that there was a mishap on their part. This happened in may and I am still waiting for compensation. I asked if the insurance would pay for a rental car, which i was told i would have to send them a copy on the invoice. Keep in mind you can only rent a car for 30 days. I don't have the means to pay for a rental car and wait months to get reimbursed for it. Store manager Mike was no help at all when I contacted him, he told me it was an insurance issue. The compensation may be in insurance issue which i have options on them as well. The store manager should be responsible to the customer's complaint and address it, but he doesn't care. I have contacted Walmart Headquarters 3 times and was told i would be contacted, that's a joke because I have yet to hear from anyone.

Either there are many people behind the counter running around or not enough to even meet the most basic demands. Either way, its the same results: long waits, poor customer service, pricing discrepancies, and waiting lines that actually are not clearly marked so customers just form a mass of bodies and shopping carts blocking other shoppers from passing. This situation is crying out for managerial attention. If they somehow get it right, wonderful. The way things stand now, RUN to any other pharmacy with more professional standards.

There was marginal mask wearing by the employees, about 50%, and about 25% by the customers. Both groups are thus inconsiderate, to themselves and to their customers, and to the related area. Mask wearing is a super easy way to reduce the spread and help us get back to work and play. It saddens me that in this somewhat christian area, known for its churches (many Mennonites work there, and Mennonites and Amish shop there, you can recognize them by their clothing and lack of mask), that they are not being kind, Christian, nor sensible. What would Jesus do? He would wear a bleeding mask. I did speak with the manager who noted that workers had been reprimanded. But within sight of us were two workers not wearing their mask close to correctly! One if left to ask, do they believe in food hygiene even, then? do they believe in food safety? If they won't follow some of the most necessary and visible public safety rules, what do they do when we are not looking? Do they "believe" in cold chain? Do they believe in the pathogen theory of disease? I guess I'll go back post pandemic, but I did lose a little faith in humanity in that the manager (the manager!) felt powerless to enforce public safety on her own employees. I cut my visit short, reported them to the PA Department of Health, and wrote this review. I will also have to be less sympathetic to groups of folks that do not support public health. I left sadly disappointed.

Let's start with the produce section…read more Always watch the fruits and vegetables you purchase at this location because they usually are rotten to the point mold is growing on them. Informed associates many times and it never gets handled. Typically they don't bother to rotate or dispose things. Next is the bakery. Flies are always swarming in the doughnut case. the doughnuts often are stale and taste like cigarettes. Items that should be refrigerated are not and spoil. Next is the deli and fresh food case. They leave food in the cold cases for days it seems. Subs and wraps are slimy. Expired food never disposed off and often left there. Hot food case is no better. Food left there for hours after the allotted time. Food is often dried out or outright disgusting. The bathrooms for customers are mostly dirty and rarely get cleaned. When they do clean they soak them with water and don't bother drying them out. Frozen section is next and you guessed it... another nightmare. They bring carts full of frozen items and dairy items and they just sit there. No rush to get the products into refrigeration or freezers. Often employees will leave carts and go chit chat with other staff. So buy at your own discretion. Last is the women who often stands at the self check out. She finds pleasure in belittling people , inserting herself when she is told no help is needed. She licks her fingers and touchs the bags... and touches people children without permission... somehow she still has a job.... shocking. Best advice if you can shop elsewhere. Mill hall or jersey shore weis is by far 1000x better in everything. This place is only conveniently supermarket besides save a lots so up charging is apparent.
