She asked a manager for help and he told her it was okay that she dropped parts, we didn't need them. When I took the car to my mechanic afterward, they spent half an hour reinstalling the battery, including finding bolts she'd lost. it ended up costing me near $50 I went back to Autozone to complain, all the manager said was 'sorry'. I suggested the girl didn't know what she was doing, and his response was that all cars are different.
