I didn't end up needing it. They just made it incredibly simple to buy a car. I rolled in with my old car on a Friday morning. I knew what I wanted, and the sales person took me out on a quick test drive while they did an appraisal on my trade in. Then came the part I was prepared for...the negotiation. I was ready to play hardball. To my surprise there was no foursquare. No pressure. No hard sale. I was able to easily negotiate to get the price where I wanted. During the negotiation the sales person told me regarding my offer "If we can't get it there, at least we can part as friends." The trade in price on my car was fair, and what I was expecting. The financing part, again, was simple. No hard sale on extras. Just sign a few papers. The whole process was so easy, in fact, that the most time consuming part was waiting for my new car to come back from getting washed and detailed! Beyond the buying experience, their service department is great as well. My wife has taken her Pontiac there for a couple of years. We will often call around and get pricing quotes from different garages, and Ballweg often has the best price for service and does quality work. Car dealerships have a reputation of being sleazy and manipulative in both sales and service to get the most from their customers. I'm happy to report that Ballweg does not have that reputation, and I look forward to more positive experiences with them.

I told him my situation about getting a room for one night and how my check out was at 11 and I needed to know how long I would need to extend my day. He went above and beyond calling me at 10am telling me, he would possibly have it fixed that day but I should get one more day. 7pm rolls around and my truck is fixed and I'm back on my way home. Bobs wife stayed at shop late so I could Uber over and that was amazing. I am truly thankful for everything Taylor Automotive did would recommend coming here any day. Thankfully, the person we spoke to said that they would come to our hotel at 8am and check out the vehicle. It's 10:30. No one has called, and none of our messages have been returned. I gave her the receipt from that shop and she made a copy of it. To say that they were not initially aware of this is false. I also followed what my triple AAA representative recommended in this situation, and due to the circumstances surrounding the service with the prior shop, they recommended I be towed to the nearest Triple AAA approved shop - which was Blystone's. The very nice receptionist Yolanda did tell me that the shop is very busy and the diagnosis could take up to 2 weeks. It is the fact that after two weeks I was not told an update in timing, I was told to "TOW IT SOMEWHERE ELSE." That is a direct quote, not a dramatization. I was also asked why I didn't tow it back where it came from, afterwards. If Blystone's never intended to "get to it", they could've have been up front about that before my car sat there for two weeks. Busyness is not an excuse for poor communication. Being up front about this situation initially would've saved both of us the trouble. No excuses.
