It's always hit or miss at this location if you're going to get friendly help from workers. I only go here if I am desperate for certain craft items I can't wait to be shipped to me from somewhere else. Prices are all over the place so they want you to use the 50% off coupon to make it seem like you get a deal. I wish this place was just....better.

Every single person I spoke with was rude and disrespectful, except one very professional lady that was in the president office I believe, student accounts, financial aid, and enrollment services, I believe the man in student enrollment, said he is the supervisor is racist because he refused to help or transfer to the president office telling me he doesn't take calls like this, so I had my coworker to call on speaker and they transferred her with no problem. I don't understand how people still get jobs with bias.
