Being straight forward - the facility is small, and the product is stored in another building and brought to the customer on demand. While the show-room was quite cramped with 10 people in it, we were quickly cycled through their procedure to order the mats. This was then followed by a 5-10 minute wait while the product was retrieved. A small fortune later, I had them in-hand. Fit perfectly. While the show room could use some redesign, and some noise dampening (pindrops echo for days), they were quick, efficient, and I left satisfied. read more

I have purchased a few items from this business mainly because the product is good and made in the USA. I have had great customer service until this morning when I encountered a not so very helpful customer service gentleman. I have a beautiful experience when I called customer service prior to today. I believe this gentleman had a bad morning, he was short, frustrated, and with a terrible attitude. Apparently, since I did not have the order number I believe that triggered his bad attitude. He was angry and short with me, so I asked him if he had a bad morning, he suggested maybe I should talk to another agent rather than adjusting his behavior. He put me on hold to find the order number. When he came back he did not explain the process of returning and suggested I do the same thing I have done returning a previous item. I asked if it is possible to get a return label, he said "No you are responsible for the shipping and last time done was because of curtesy". I love my WeatherTechs! The other day I spilled a big coffee in my car and all over the liners, it's amazing just had to wipe it up and that was the end of that. As for the store, the associates were pleasant and VERY accommodating. The complimentary coffee was the icing on the cake especially on a freezing cold day. Absolutely disappointed in both a product and zero customer service, a call, two emails and a negative testimonial thinking that might get someone's attention, nada. I bought a wind deflector for my 2019 WRX and no matter how I installed it leaks occurred around the MAGIC clips. Not much MAGIC there. Removed it and leaks stopped. After a month trying to get WeatherTechs attention I just gave up and threw it in the trash. I I bought mats for our Honda Civic and they are great however given this experience I will not buy any future products given the horrible customer service. Update: I was contacted by weather tech and they offered me a refund and have involved me in trouble shooting the leak that I had so others would not. Del Hollingsworth was amazing at resolving my issue and I now have restored faith in WeatherTech and certainly will do business with them again. I was buying mats online and called CS for advice and was guided through the process. The wrong set was sent. I returned them and was sent a second shipment. Again, the wrong mats for my truck. I paid for a second order so I could have all of the mats needed for my vehicle. I returned the incorrect shipment, along with a bump step and seat cover. My order has been in their return bin for over 10 days, I am still waiting for a refund, and they do not have the seat cover that I returned. Apparently, the customer service rep that ordered the mats incorrectly a second time neglected to note I was returning the bump step AND the seat cover from the order. Sooooo, now I am getting a refund for a floormat and a bump step, no refund for a seat cover! The customer service manager, Ross, tried assuage me and build rapport by telling me he is from the city where I reside. Like the call was for us to get to know one another. Maybe we'll have coffee next week, right? He was insistent that their customer service people are meticulous about their notes from customers. He assured me it is impossible that there was a mistake made in the return process, even though they screwed up the order prior. It is crazy to me that a company this size would charge shipping on orders over $100, but they do. The return labels they issue seem to be sent at the slowest speed possible, probably because they don't want to pay shipping. Super disappointing and a perfect example of why doing business with US companies can be so disappointing! You pay top dollar for products, you get terrible service and they move at a glacial pace. I have purchased 3 sets of mats from these folks and they run an excellent operation. Their product is amazing and visiting their showroom to order and pickup is a pleasure. Their complimentary coffee bar is great and there's plenty of places to sit comfortably. I've never waited long there. On my recent order one of the mats was missing a retaining clip. I did not get back to their store for a long time but when I did, they replaced both front mats as a set no questions asked so I would have a fully functional product. If more companies treated their customers this well I think we would all be better off. Their mats are not the cheapest but the product and service are worth the price. read more

I have Weather Tech floor liners, bug deflectors, and window deflectors in all my vehicles whether buying them from a dealer or directly through Weather Tech. I recently purchased an F150 Platinum Super crew and , although there are other similar products, and despite the higher prices, I have always had great quality from Weather Tech and they are Made in the USA. I purchased a set of interior Door Protectors in "BLACK" to match my black interior. They are not BLACK, but, instead are CHARCOAL, which is a slightly darker version of grey. They offered to return them and credit me, however my dog rides daily and I needed them now. It is a huge inconvenience and I am a stickler for detail. I wont let this stop me from using them, however I will explore more avenues and try to see items at dealers to verify they are what they are represented to be. I had a problem with one of the side window deflectors (my first problem ever) and went to the factory showroom today. They took a look and replaced it without any questions. I purchased seat covers for my car and they are the worst seat covers ever. I contacted the company directly, heard from them. they wanted to know where and when I bought them. I explained that I bought them from one of their retailers because I didn't have to pay for shipping or tax. the total price of the covers was $300. I explained this in another email and never heard from the company. I emailed them again and no reply. These covers are the worst. Recently purchased a used 2014 Nissan Frontier. Have always had floor mats to help protect the carpeting. This is my first time using WeatherTech. Purchased #441761-440474 (full set) for my vehicle. When I go to install them I am quite shocked to see that the driver's mat does NOT go all the way back to the seat. The passenget side does, but not the driver's side, the one that gets used the most. Emailed WeatherTech C/S to inquire as to why the driver's floor does not get full coverage. Was told this: ".....unfortunately we aren't able to go any further back on the drivers side due to the different levels located there by the seat." So you can accommodate the terrain on the passenger side, but not the driver's side (they are pretty similar). Seems to me if you are going to charge $200 for custom/laser fitted floor mats that they should actually fit exactly the vehicle in question without excuses that mfg. or design processes can't cut it. I wish I could post pictures to better illustrate my point, but Yelp does not allow that. read more

Bought these floor liners online for my '17 Silverado. Unevenly cut, cheaply made, and poor fit that leaves large gaps uncovered so dirt and rocks get under them. I go here because I live close and the product is outstanding. I get that there is a wait but I really there are few retailers that go out of there way to make it as painless as possible. The waiting area is comfortable, spacious and yes equipped with a free coffee bar and barista. C'mon man! There is also merchandise to browse as well as vintage motorcycles and tractors to wow at. I find it kinda of cool the way the way everyone is there for the same reason - take care of their car. People actually converse openly with strangers here and even open the doors for one another. Lastly, a special thanks to Phillip. He saw us struggling mightily with window visor insertion - not the products fault mind you. Less than five minutes with Phillip and we were done with all four windows. I ordered 2 cargo liners in the same order. I received one almost a week ago so I called the WeatherTech Customer Service. I asked why weren't they shipped out at the same time, she didn't know but said my order would be here yesterday by 8pm. This morning still no delivery. Called customer service again, got a new person. Now she's telling me the order won't be here until Sunday at 8pm, WHAT! They have no answers and don't care. My car and my husbands car have WeatherTech throughout and we wanted to finish it with the cargo liner. Weather Tech liners are a very hard, medium thickness plastic. They are NOT a pliable rubber floor liner. You would be much better served buying liners at a discount retailer. My liners would not lay flat, as they were hard plastic and not rubber. We tried taping them down and that didn't work. People would trip over them getting into car because they did not lay flat. When I called to address my concerns, I was advised to use a blow dryer to warm them up in hopes that they would become pliable and lay flat. The time involved in that process seemed ludicrous and time-consuming, especially after the hundreds of dollars I had invested in these mats. I love products made in america but they must be usable and work and not cause a dangerous tripping hazard. I gave up and bought simple mats at Sam's Club. These are a total waste of money. I bought the cup holder. I like it a lot. It's better alternative than sticking a holder somewhere and trying to make it work. The only downside is that it comes with a single page pictorial that purports to show you how to pull apart the various sized cups. It's ambiguous at best. This is one of the coolest places for car guys - great pictures on the wall of racing Porsche's and a great Aston Martin in the lobby - ironically a triple set of old racing motorcycles that DON'T really need floor mats. Good products but poor customer service. I bought a floor liner for a Christmas present and when I found he already had one I tried to return it. The fee to return the large item was around $50! I called the company and they finally gave me credit for the return. Then I have been waiting for more than a month since they received the return and they say they cannot credit my card. I have talked to two people by phone who say they cannot credit my acct. I had to give them another card for the credit and now they are charging me a fee on the card. I will never buy from them again through their site. Bad customer service. read more

I order online for a rear floor liner for my vehicle. The liner fits perfectly on the floor. However the material is very very thin & cheap. I was disappointed it.
