After leaving the workers unattended for a brief amount of time, some of my personal property went missing. I always take before and after photos of the premise to make sure everything is still in place, which has made it abundantly clear that employees from this company stole personal, and sentimental property. After reaching out and trying to address the issue, Rose and Walker refused to take accountability and unfortunately my stolen property is gone for ever. It is not worth the risk to hire this company because they have a clear reputation as thieves and will make homeowners feel completely unsafe!

David was very polite and receptive to my questions and concerns before he inspected the attic. He reiterated the problems I already knew about and estimated the installation 20% lower than several other insulation installers. My wife had researched some of what seemed to be an unrelated roof/gutter problem which I conveyed to the installers when they showed up to do the work. I asked if they minded that I take a look around in the attic after they had finished. They said that they always ask customers to take a look after they finished. The attic looked afterwards as I had hoped it would. Without exaggeration, the condo felt more comfortable before they even left. The next day the temperatures dropped to near zero over (much of the country) and the condo remained comfortable with the furnace/AC air mover running MUCH less. The insulation material was some sort of cellulose material that David assured me was not attractive to insects, avians, or rodents (except possibly squirrels) and was fire-resistant. David told me the name of the stuff, but I forget it.

My new insulation has taken my second floor rooms from uncomfortably warm in the summer, to the same temperature as the downstairs. The impact was immediate and very noticeable once he was finished!
