To start with Iron Horse (aka Mad Cow) Roofing takes they're time getting the job started, once…read morethey do get started there will be some personal issues arising that will prevent them from being on the job from time to time, I believe some of it truly was personal but some of it was to take care of other jobs they had going in other places, we are not at all pleased that they did not put a boot or flash or bend a matching metal collar around the 1 and only pipe going through our roof, very disappointed that they just gobbed silicone around the hole they cut in the standing seam metal roof, we bought a high end standing seam metal roof because we wanted it maintenance free and to last a lifetime, we also are not overly impressed with the horrible cut and bend on the rain diverter, it is the very first thing you see when you pull in the driveway, looks real bad, in the end without prompting they did not charge us for the rain diverter, notice there was no offer to fix the problem, just wanted to move on to the next job, had I known I would have forced they're hand, I also had to go around behind them everyday and pick up after them, am still months later finding small pieces of sharp curled up metal in the bushes, around the foundation and in the driveway, a bummer for us to have to give a bad review but we would rather noone else have to put up with this.
