Brad and his team, working diligently and efficiently removed the remains of the varmints and sealed off their various entryways -- even over the uneven granite slabs in the basement. Since we are new to the house, I can't compare heating bills to give a percentage reduction, but the home is now warm and snug in the cold and the scampering of little feet behind the walls is gone. Can't recommend them highly enough.
