Absolutely terrific company! Right from the get-go Wade senior returned my call, set up a date, and gave me the price. Even when escrow didn't close on time, and I had to change the date, he was courteous and understanding. It was a big move and took two days, (even though it was only 50 miles) but Wade and Nick made it go so smoothly. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and really nice guys. ALL of our furniture and belongings arrived in perfect condition. They were patient while I decided where furniture should be placed, and they put all the boxes in the rooms correctly according to the labels. These guys did a great job for us. They showed up on time and went right to work. They weren't messing around and moved fast. Ended up being two full truck loads and a solid 10 hours of work. This company is a complete disaster! Let's start off with how they didn't honor the original quote, even though they moved far less than I thought I'd be taking with me, and finish with the fact that they broke my big screen TV, because they failed to wrap it at all. They left more than 5 boxes of my things behind at the old house, including my $500 KitchenAid mixer, they scratched the floor moving the refrigerator, and numerous other issues. Now I'm going to small claims court to get my TV replaced, but many things that are missing and left behind was suddenly nowhere to be found. While the movers were friendly, they were dirty and irresponsible. The owner failed to even acknowledge the problems that happened during the move. Don't think you're saving money because this company might give you a lower quote. Go with the guys who charge a little more and ensure the fact that all of your items will make it to your new place intact. read more

Absolutely the WORST! The movers were in a rush to do the job. They left holes in 2 walls, damaged the trim around the pantry, broke a screen door and left a hole in a wooden TV stand. Items were removed from inventory a week before and I was forced to pay the same price although an entire room was not being moved. Mover left behind everything on the patio and then called me a liar. No inventory list was provided for confirmation. The mover refuses to pay for damages Do NOT use this company. Movers were nice but they broke my table during loading and did not let me know in the moment it happened, although I was on the premises. When I realized my table was broken the next day, they had me wait until 5PM to ask the workers. They responded with "they said it fell off when they picked it up". I was extremely bothered that they knew it happened and they didn't say a word to me about it in the moment. No compensation was given to me for damaged goods. When two different movers that I had hired through U-Haul each flaked on me, I called We Move. The woman in the office was extremely helpful in trying to get somebody to come in and help us move after our other movers flaked, but we couldn't work out a schedule for that day. I called the next morning and the man in the office instantly got somebody to come out for later this afternoon. Wade and Nick showed up on time, ready to work. They were helpful and polite, and they worked steadily and carefully. They were great and very patient with our three year old who was running all around and talking to them. I had the best experience with who we move anything!!the two gentlemen that helped me arrived before the appointment time and patiently waited for me to come with the truck which incidentally was smaller than I had intended and so I was worried that all of my furniture would not fit...fortunately for me the movers Who I can only assume are masters at Tetris were able to fit all of my furniture!!! not only that they had to have done it in under 30 minutes!! this was by far one of the best moving companies I have used and definitely 10/10 recommend!! Wade was unavailable due to personal reasons, but he sent two movers to move our piano. They were there early, which is a plus. However, their piano dolly was not the correct height, so it damaged the corner tiling in the hallway when the metal components of the truck struck the tile several times. It will cost me more to properly repair the tile and finish coating than it cost for the movers to load my trailer. The movers were quite rough with the piano, and didn't let it down gently. They just appeared rushed. Considering how much I was paying them for 35 minutes of effort, I was quite displeased with their work. Perhaps this staff is not properly trained for piano moving or Wade should have been there to oversee the operation. The movers were polite, so 2 stars instead of 1. I had another set of piano movers at the tail end of our move, and they were excellent at handling the piano. These movers were more experienced, and were gentle with the piano. What's really interesting to note is that these guys were 25-30 years older than the We Move Chico crew. They were smaller and thinner guys too, but, they did it so effortlessly. After seeing these other guys do their work, it difficult to ever recommend We Move Chico. read more

We Move Anything is the best! Three men (Wade, Johnny, and Nick) moved me out of my house into my new (upstairs) apartment in less than 45 minutes. They were very friendly, careful, and worked very hard. They moved quickly, but they also took care to make sure everything went wherever I requested. I was so nervous, but they made this moving experience so easy. I requested quotes from movers from all over Butte County and We Move Anything had the lowest price. The woman who scheduled my moving appointment and called to confirm the appointment was absolutely lovely. She was one of the nicest receptionists I've ever spoken to. I couldn't recommend them more! I needed help moving my daughter's belongings to her upstairs apartment because I was alone and recently had knee surgery. She will be attending Chico State. I was coming from Oregon with a pickup and cargo trailer full. I called one moving company after another and they all either said they were too busy, or the job was too small, or that they didn't do that type of moving. But finally I got ahold of the owner of We Move Anything, he really wanted to help me out and made arrangements for his two sons to meet me at the apartment at 8am. If I could give zero stars I would! They weren't even the movers I hired. One of the brothers was nice, the other was rude. I paid for packing through imoving.com (who will also be getting a terrible review!) but the movers wanted to charge me more. They took apart my desk and kitchen table and never bothered to put it back together, leaving the drawers to my desk at my old house. I had updated the box inventory on the website, but they didn't bring a big enough truck, saying that they were going by the previous list. And then they just threw everything in a room instead of where I asked them to put it. I DO NOT recommend this company! Horrible horrible horrible! read more

We decided to hire movers last minute and after calling 7 different companies We Move was able to fit us in. Their prices were very reasonable and the staff was amazing! Wade and Nick showed up 30min early and went straight to work. They emptied our 3 bedroom house so efficiently, and quickly that we actually asked them to move all of the things in our shop as well. They moved everything into our new house putting it into each room to make unpacking easier and even put away the items in our garage much more organized then I had them! They were both courteous, respectful of our possessions and just generally good people. They tolerated our kids and dogs underfoot during the whole process and were great! I scheduled these guys after we bought a home. It was no easy job since they were tasked with moving 2 FULL apartments and 2 storage units in 1 day. I expected this to take ALL day since we had to make multiple trips, but they exceeded all expectations. The 3 movers were friendly and even better FAST! They had everything moved to our new property by 3pm. I couldn't have asked for a more seemless move. They even rented a trailer and moved my non-op car to the new house. After an exhaustive search for help in moving our very large hot tub, I found WE MOVE ANYTHING on Google in Chico. They were very helpful and accommodating as well as reasonably priced. We had gotten several "over the top" quotes as well as "it can't be done", but Wade and his crew came and made it happen with very little muss or fuss. read more

I had We Move Anything, move a two ton antique safe and a very large, heavy piano. They arrived early, they were exceptionally professional and they did an awesome job. The safe they had to move was extremely heavy and difficult to maneuver but they worked great as a team and I could not be happier with the outcome. After a botched move by this company last year, we used them again w/ the understanding that they would compensate us for the wrongs made on the previous move. Once this last move was finished, I personally spoke with Wade Logan, the owner, about some very disturbing issues we had encountered. My 77 yr old mom was being moved to as asst d living facility in AZ. She has use of only 1 arm. Wade Jr. (mover) told her in a very disrespectful tone that she was on her own for assembling her 46 TV (which they had disassembled before the move), citing that they were not paid to set TV s up. He also told her that he didn t like her attitude . On the previous botched move, furniture was broken, scratched, and damaged and the owner said he would compensate her on the cost of this latest move to AZ. After the TV assembly incident, Wade Jr. called his dad from the asst d living facility, and an add l $350 was added onto the cost of the move. A few days after the move I called the owner myself to discuss all of this and he pretended to be empathetic to my concerns promising to talk to the two boys (Wade Jr & Raymond) and then to call my mom himself to resolve the problems. He never made that call to her. I called him just this morning to find out why he dropped the ball on this and he said that he was waiting for her check to clear. I reminded him that my mom has used him now 3 times for her moving needs and that she has always been honest and forthcoming in her dealings with him. He agreed. When Wade finally called her, mom explained how unhappy she was with Wade Jr. s rude and disrespectful behavior and the owner told her Oh well, the move is done now. Think what you want. When asked about why he padded the contract by demanding the $350 extra at the move destination, he gave a different reason to my mom than Wade Jr. did at the time of unloading at the destination site. Every detail about this move was discussed prior to my mom signing a contract with We Move , yet in the end, my mother was charged for these extras at the end of the move. And lastly, furniture was left behind that was supposed to go to AZ that I now need to move there myself at the expense of renting a truck, gas, time off work, etc. Wade Logan is not forthcoming with his Business License, he adds add l charges at the end of moves, he makes promises he does not keep, and he feigns empathy on the phone while he has no follow through as a proper and ethical business man should. In the end, these boys were given an antique cedar chest, 2 wooden quilt racks, a vintage chair, and an original oil painting. These items were given because, in my presence during the first part of the move, they did a good job and these items needed a good home. All of the ugliness happened at the move destination where I got a call 3 hrs after they left with my mother in tears at how they treated her. So far, from what I can see, there are more negative reviews for this company than positive ones. If after reading this, and other similar reviews, you still choose to use We Move or We Move Anything for your moving needs, don t say you were not forewarned. You will have only yourself to blame when the problems happen. Not IF they happen, but WHEN. read more

This is the most unprofessional moving company in the area I think. My fiancé set them up to help us move the larger furniture when we were moving into a new house. The owner Wade sent out some real degenerates, one guy had an ankle monitor on him and the other seemed like he was on some sort of drugs. They actually started wrestling in my garage at one point. When they went to move my refrigerator out of the house I was putting up for sale they ruined the linoleum floor in the kitchen. The movers notified Wade on what happened as I was standing there. They told me Wade said we can knock $150 off of the move or I could pay in full and he would have floor fixed. I went with the second option. My fiancé tried multiple times over the course of 3 weeks to contact Wade to get the ball rolling on the damaged floor, even left messages, but he would not call back. Finally I called and got ahold of him, he met me at the house with the 2 movers that did the damage, and the guy with ankle monitor tells him that I damaged the floor and moved the refrigerator on my own. I called him out on that lie, Wade agreed floor needed to be replaced and would look into it after I gave him the info on it. He called floor place that installed it for me and said it was going to be too much (even though they offered to do it at cost). He said he would have his flooring guy look into it. Wade then decided that he was going to draw out this process and not return my phone calls until I had to threaten him with taking legal action, because house was selling and was in escrow. He then proceeded to tell me there was nothing I could do because we didn't pay for the extra insurance (which we never knew they had or was even offered). Do yourself a favor and use someone else this company is a joke and is extremely unprofessional. I'm not sure how they are even in business. read more

I called these people cuz they advertise that they move pianos. Spoke to a guy named Wade. He told me they were experts in moving pianos & organs. I had them move my Pristine Hammond Church Organ, 32 pedals & bench from Oroville to Magalia. I knew something was very wrong when their guys pulled out a refrigerator dolly to move my large/heavy/ornate delicate instrument. The white iron railing was smashed and scrapped on the way out, and of course the white paint was etched all on the organ's cabinet: front and back. My instrument was not even covered for protection. The walnut cabinet was not only scratched and scrapped, but was permanently dented. The pedal wires had not been secured to the organ when the pedals were disconnected. Going down the stairs a dozen of them were cut. When the movers arrived at Magalia with the heavily damaged organ, we couldn't get the pedals working It was then I noticed the movers tried to hide the fact that the pedal harness was heavily damaged; half the wires were sliced. It cost me hundreds to get my organ working again. It will never be pristine as it was. They moved my organ like they were loading and unloading sacks of manure. The experience with these people was a total nightmare. read more

Buyer beware is very appropriate for this business. They used three young men who managed to mark up every piece they moved, especially the pieces they were told to be careful with. Included insurance was $0.60 a pound, or you could pay an outrageous amount for real insurance, plus they charge you $135 an hour to take the truck full over to a scale to weigh it, for an extra hour tacked onto the bill. One was a good worker, but dumb like a kid would be. The other was mediocre, and the third did very little work at all, but watched the others work very well. They marked up some very expensive items, and dropped and broke a few others. At the end of the job, they figured their hours by starting 45 minutes before they arrived, added in an extra $135 for gas, and then counted from the moment they arrived to the moment they left, and took off nothing for the breaks or lunch hour they took, so the bill was excessively high. One left for three hours and the other two got almost nothing done during that time. We were given an estimate of $850, but were charged $1,375 in the end. We only moved 20 miles from one place to the other. Two high school kids I hired when I arrived back in California a year ago to help me unload the truck did a much better job than these 'professionals' did, and got a lot more work done in a shorter amount of time, and the handled everything much more carefully. I give Wade (Supervisor), Wade (Hard working but dumb kid) and the other two one star, because I cannot rate them lower. I would go with anyone else, before I wouold ever consider hiring these 'movers' again. read more
