A technician came out and told our tenant to turn on the vent. Which she replied she already did that and it still isn't blowing air. He told her to open the vent and have us call him back if it doesn't work. The. Left I went there and crawled under the building and found the duct work had been pulled down in more than one place. Comfort technology didn't mess with the vents. Another contractor probably did, but the dismissive attitude towards our tenant and lack of effort to resolve an issue caused us to go elsewhere to get the venting issue resolved. We have been using another company ever since. I cannot recommend. Never will use them again.

They worked me in on Thanksgiving Eve! Between the above mentioned super heroes and two wonderful employees with the City of Irondale my gas line was replaced, inspected, and Spire turned it back on by 6:30PM. I'm still in shock. When I spoke to the owner (I assume), he said my location was convenient because his guys were very nearby. It wasn't like they had to go miles and miles away or it was the middle of the night or a weekend. They didn't have to unclog any drains. Just a few puffs of air. It boggles the mind that a company can charge that kind of money for that amount of time.
