Make sure you mark, spray paint whatever you have to do to clarify communications. My mistake in thinking they could do the job I asked them to do. Very disappointed, I still have trees taller than the house, I rec'd all pruned trees which will only get taller and cause more damage. It's why I needed them shorter in the first place after one fell on my car. They "trimmed" a tree for him. They also took him for thousands. They removed 5 limbs from a tree. All of which could be reached with a ladder. They charged 3000.00. There were no power lines in the area. The limbs that they cut were not over the structures. There was no clean up, no hauling away, nothing. Just limbs down. I will definitely not be recommending them again. It seems that they only do a decent job if you stand there and watch them.

An hour later, Don Burns showed up to look over the project and give me an estimate. Right on time the next morning, a team showed up and started taking the tree down. Before they were finished another team arrived and started chipping and hauling away the debris. About two hours later another two people showed up and ground the stump out.
