I hate doing this but I really wish I would have read the reviews before I went earlier this week... I wanted an ombré look. I am very realistic and realize my hair is short and it won't be exactly the picture I showed. I absolutely love the colors but the way it's done is not an ombré at all. It's awful. I didn't realize how bad it really was until the next day.... it literally looks like she did a root touch up dark brown and my hair is super blonde.... it's not even really even...The girl was super nice but my hair is not good. I was able to get in contact with the owner she refunded me for the cut and agreed that they should make an age recommendation of 2+, she also spoke with the operator who cut his hair to help her with better customer relations. This isnt a good place to take young children but I would be willing to give it another change with an adult cut strictly on how professional the manager and owner handled the situation. The Manager and Owner handled this is only a few minuets and I highly respect them for caring about their business and being able to take corrective feedback and apply it to their business. read more

I am very disappointed! I was there at 10:30 this morning to simply get a cut with long layers! My first time there and Hannah was aweful!!! I looked her name up on the website! One side is a lot shorter than the other! My hair was long and I asked her to cut my hair just below my shoulders. I even pointed where I wanted my hair! When someone has curtly hair, you have to keep in mind that it doesn't stay where you cut! She even asked if I put my hair in a pony tail and I said yes. I can not even put my hair in a pony tail! My hair has been chopped and is lopsided! It hasn't been this short since I was a kid and I am 51! I will go somewhere to have it fixed! Horrible experience! read more

I've been going here for a long time, and it's always been good. I've never wanted to find another salon because this one always does a good job and I never feel like I'm being overcharged like I do at a lot of salons. I'd recommend this place if you know what kind of haircut you want and don't want to be horribly overcharged for it. read more

This business is been around for years the girls up there do a great job cutting hair, much better than any other franchise haircut place.

I have used this salon for years, however I will never go back. This is what happened to my entire head when I had Michelle color it. Orange, yellow, purple stripes. You can also see above my ear for my head is nearly shaved and an even with the rest of the hair.I realize it's just hair, and could be fixed, however of the lack of customer service and my refund of $15 on a bill of $120 was absolutely ridiculous. Her Tip was more than that. I would think seriously before having my hair done here. read more

For petes sake! I can't speak for the other hairdressers that work here. But the one I had really messed up my hair! I went to get highlights added on top part of my hair. Which you would think no problem. Also wanted to add a few shaggy layers. I wish I didn't wait so long to complain. I went in the end of March 28th of this year 2017. I want to complain now because all my friends and family that see me. Ask me who did this to my hair and why haven't I complained! Because they all say how horrible it looks and it does. I have the pictures on here. So please look at them and you'll see what I'm talking about. I have more pictures on my phone with the dates to back up what I'm saying. I was put under the dryer where the bleach had repeatedly dripped down my face. So much so that the bleach soaked through the smock and got on my top. Not to mention it was dripping on to my face and eyebrows. So, the foils were slipping and so that caused my hair to have big gaps. Which looks a mess and like stripes. It's by far most awful hair color and cut I had ever gotten. The left side of my hair looks like a chili bowl cut with long layers. The right side is blended more. But the left side oh my! I look so silly and its really embarrassing. I hate complaining but then again I don't want this to happen to someone else. The hairdresser was a nice young lady. But she did messed up my hair big time and I would hate for this to happen to someone else. I did notice another complaint on yp from someone who had the exact same hairdresser as me. I know the hairdressers name. I just don't want to put her on blast on the web. Maybe train your employees more, watch what they do! Because obviously it's not the first time this is happening! It's unprofessional to let someone leave your chair looking like this. When I left the salon I went home. I went into the bathroom to get a better look in the mirror. That's when I noticed how horrible it actually was. I just wish I could get my money back. So I can get someone to fix this mess and I don't have to be embarrassed anymore. I have to wear it up now to hide this mess because it looks so horrible! It also totally fried my hair. Which I know bleach will do. But she was putting more bleach on my lower ends where I did not need the bleach. It was already bleached. So it was just putting bleach on top of bleach. I just needed some highlights on the top of my head. She told one of the other hairdressers that she didn't like that color blonde. So that is why she was adding more to the ends. Of course at the time I didn't say anything because I trust a hairdressers option. But really wish I would have spoke up because that really did fry my hair. So I've had to deep condition like crazy. I also though maybe once it grew out a little. It wouldn't look so bad. Well, nope I was wrong, still looks horrible! read more

For the second time, they totally screwed my hair up!, I've been going there for almost 17 years and have not had a problem until recently when the same person who was obviously using or withdrawing from crack or meth done my hair. It was very obvious she was high! I finally gave up after telling her my hair was longer on one side than the other 3 times and got the heck out of there before she could do any more damage. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed, the lady asked if I tried to do it myself. I told her I could have done a better job if I had. I will never, never go there again! They might want to screen who they hire in the future, if they have a future. People on drugs have a unique demeaner and they might need to recognize the signs of someone on drugs before they let them start cutting clients hair. read more
