The design of this new location is also clean and very modern feeling. Same as at other locations, you can find jewelry, apparel, toys, greeting cards, and more. I also saw that they offer ear piercing which I've never seen inside of a Paper Store before. Glad they moved to the mall because parking is a LOT easier now.

Five stars just for his customer service. He was so kind and apologetic and never made me feel as if I were an inconvenience (even though I'm sure I was). It's tough here right before the holidays because it gets so crazy, but take the time to stop in when it's not as hectic and the service and the products are both amazing! Thank you Ryan!! I will be back!

BUYER BEWARE: We went inside this store and was not greeted by the 3-4 people crowding behind the…read moreregister, no other customer was inside the store. I believe they were training a new person and as we walked by we were still not greeted (it did not bother us, unfortunately we are quite used to this in these suburban towns). We took our time browsing the store as they had a selection of baby related items towards the very back of the store that we found cute yet (albeit very expensive). We spent about 10 mins. As we were leaving we see one of the (presumably new) employee with green hair walk towards the section we were in. He went past us and awkwardly followed us without uttering a word, made us feel like shoplifters. We were deeply offended and and felt disgusted as we exited the store. Apparently we are not the only ones who experienced this, I attached a screenshot of a 56 year old woman who was also followed. This store really needs to reduce their hubris, there is literally nothing of great value to steal from in this store. An apology to this review would be nice, however we do not plan on returning ever and the lack of accountability based on other replies does not provide us with much hope. TLDR; we went in this store and without any verbal interaction, was followed by an awkward employee. We felt offended and disgusted. It's 2024 and I would hate to imagine what the chain of events would be, if we were of a darker skin color.

Magic Castle is a small shop located inside the Burlington H Mart at 3 Old Concord Road, highly…read moresuggest that you put that in your GPS if it's your first time heading there. Parking's also tight because of H Mart but we didn't wait long to get an open spot. The shop's about 150 square feet & full of the cutest items - my kids & I wanted Gudetama & found plushies, pencils, pencil cases + Rilakkuma, Pusheen & other kawaii characters' products & K-Pop swag. It's a small shop but divided up into sections - one section's got stationery/school supplies, & another has character slippers, toothbrush holders, & makeup supplies, for example. Cute novelty items like self-watering plants, too. It was worth the drive - the items are genuine, lots of variety & it's impossible to walk out without buying something. (photos taken 2/2022)
