I'm completely across the country in California, so this was a huge shot in the dark. Emily went above and beyond to be accommodating. I told her what my budget was and she was able to make an arrangement that was perfect for the occasion. She even stayed late to help me and deliver the flowers on a busy holiday. A Comforting Gift That Keeps on Giving!…read more I received Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup with fresh bread as a gift, and it was absolutely delightful from the moment it arrived. The packaging was incredibly thoughtful and secure -- you could tell care was put into every detail. The soup itself was rich, flavorful, and heartwarming -- exactly what you'd expect from something made with love. The chicken was tender, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the broth tasted like something straight out of grandma's kitchen. The fresh bread that came with it was soft and the perfect companion to the soup. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up ordering the soup and bread bowl combo as a gift for a coworker just a few days later! This is now my go-to comfort food gift. Whether it's for someone who's under the weather, needs a little cheering up, or just deserves something delicious, Grandma's Chicken Soup hits the spot every time. Highly recommend!

I have ordered a couple of times in the past and the delivery was reliable and the food good…read more Third time was not the charm. This time, I ordered on Monday for Wednesday delivery. When it hadn't arrived in the UPS window (by 645 pm), I checked tracking and it said delayed by 24 hours. I never got a notification. I knew this would mean spoiled food, so I called and emailed Grandma's. I got an email response about an hour after I emailed on Wednesday night -- they said they could not control UPS but I could wait and see if the soup was defrosted on Thursday. If it was, they would make it right. But that wouldn't have worked for the recipient. I called Thursday morning (as I thought that would be more efficient) and spoke to a woman who would not let me get a word in. Evidently, it was the owner of the company who was more interested in being unpleasant than listening. My real concern was Grandma's blaming UPS -- I simply called to cancel the order. But she took a very aggressive tone, got very personal and hung up me (then refunded the order, which was good). And yes, the soup was delivered completely thawed, so would have been tossed anyway, it came over 24 hours late. So 72 hours from ordering. And looking at some of the poor reviews, the reaction I got from the owner is not unusual. Blame the carrier, be rude to the customer. It's a shame, because the first two deliveries were fine. I'll be choosing another soup company moving forward.

Great service. Decent selection of ready made frames, vast options with custom frames…read more Nick made the process seamless and easy. He gave me a range of options he thought I might like, and I picked from the wall directly too. He helped me actually use two frames to achieve the look I wanted. What an absolute disaster! I had two pieces framed at the N. Andover store and I'll never go back…read more I had to return one of them twice because it wasn't centered and there were visible paper fragments showing under the glass. My second piece had a huge defect in the frame. As I was returning my pieces, another customer came in to pick up hers. "This isn't the frame I ordered," she said. "This is gold; the one I chose was more silver." The guy at the store responded, "Well, this is what's written on your order..." The perplexed customer continued to express concern. The frame guy's response? "I think it looks nice. Take it home and live with it for a while. If you decide you don't like it, bring it back and we'll redesign it for you." How ridiculous is that? They are not designers, by any means, and they have no sense of quality or customer service. Buyer beware.

Target in Wilmington saves the day!…read more I was in the area for work and needed to stop by someplace early morning that was open and carried cold medication. Luckily there was a CVS inside this Target that my Uber driver took me to. It was on the way to the office I was headed to, as well. Unfortunately, it would not be in stock until after the holiday. I was very clear that I wanted to give the local small-business my business, but this time would need to order online for time's sake. But the men's bathroom? Absolutely unacceptable. The toilet was filthy, and there was actual feces under the seat. That's not a small oversight -- that's a serious sanitation failure. For a place that otherwise feels clean and welcoming, this was a jarring and honestly disgusting experience. I'd still come back because the bookstore and café are worth it, but management needs to take bathroom cleanliness seriously. A quick check every so often would go a long way toward keeping this location up to the standard the rest of the store clearly meets.

You could not tell form the exterior but upon opening the package it was clear some destroyed the numbers so that once activated, they could claim the money. I approached the store first who sent me to corporate and they would not stand behind their products as they told me I was basically out of luck after giving me a significant amount of run around. I produced everything they asked for and as soon as I did that, the corporate stopped responding to me. Their customer service is abominable.
