I noticed writing on slab side and was told those stones slabs were already sold and unavailable. So when it came down to it I may have had 4 to choose from. Then when I made a choice they did a bait and switch on me. From start to finish this purchase was a disaster. If I hadn't given a deposit I would have ran. Ive had three different projects involving bathrooms and kitchens. I had previously dealt with Phil (they were Northeast Marble at the time). These prior projects were good experiences. But without being aware I was now dealing with a different business. Although nothing was ever stated until I went back to their location some days later. Now a temporary banner hung on the building and Clay said there was a change in management. Yet multiple issues starting immediately. First with the computer not working, (for a copy of agreement), the truck (broke down on way for installation), incorrect measurement of countertop (I don't believe clay could read a tape measure) and excuse after excuse. When I called and texted I spoke to clay on numerous occasions. He verbally threatened me and then insulted me as if I was taking advantage of him. After much communication they gave me a $150 concession for all the issues up to that point of installation. A month after installation I now have a stress crack that can't be repaired and I need to get a new countertop. Don't walk.... RUN from this business! Most of their reviews are from years ago. But several have had similar situation as I have had. BUYER BEWARE!!!
