Hubby and I bought 2 new bikes here in April, looking for something lightweight, so they could be carried on the back of our RV. Rented a bike with a kid seat this past week, our granddaughter was visiting, and got the same good help. A friend and I ended up staying at a place about 15 minute drive from Key West. Needed a way to get in and out of the city without driving, as parking is a pain in Key West, and we happened to come across We Cycle! The bike rentals are inexpensive (10 dollars for 24 hours). The bikes are overall in great shape. Chris is very friendly and nice, and he really took his time to make sure we are safe and comfortable with our bikes. He was very accomodating, allowing us to drop off our bikes when we wanted even though the store was not open at this hour. He went through scenic routes for our bike ride with us, and it really made our trip. Great way to get around, and fantastic staff. Would HIGHLY recommend. read more

Made a reservation online. They delivered the bikes to the condo and also picked up on our last day. So convenient! A bike is the easier/fastest way to get around. We Cycle delivered our 2 bikes to us at the airport and extended us an extra free day. I'm used to renting a bike by the 24 hour period. So that's partly why they gave me the extra day. I believe his name was Oliver that rented me the bike on the phone and he was super nice. I thought I was getting 2 of the newer bikes but apparently all the bikes have got some experience on them, but they served their purpose. My only issue was that they gave us only one lock as though they expect 2 guys to stay together and lock up together everywhere we go! I left them a text message one day and the next day called and the girl was somewhat argumentative about only receiving one lock ,"unless you request another one. you'll just get one", which is not what you're supposed to get when you rent a bike... it comes with every bike. What if I rented 4 bikes and didn't request locks for each one, am I supposed to somehow try to lock them all together?! Anyway they finally made arrangements to deliver it to my hotel. I've rented bikes many times in Key West and my friends or wife all got our own bike and own lock. Besides that issue, I would definitely recommend you rent from this company. read more

We have rented bikes at many vacation spots over the years, since we are avid bikers. This is a great place for bike rentals. We have rented several time from them, from high end road bikes to beach cruisers. The bikes are well maintained and you will not find better quality for the price anywhere else in Key West. They delivered to our hotel and were right on time with the bikes, locks and comfortable helmets. My wife ordered a bike that was too small (her fault), and they easily exchanged the bike for the right size. This is the go-to place for bike rentals in Key West. Great place to rent bikes from if you are in Key West. We stayed at the Casa 325 hotel right off of Duval St. All we had to do was let the front desk know that we wanted to rent bikes from We Cycle. They contacted them and arranged to have the bikes dropped off. Because of was The week of New Years, they said it may take a while for them to get the bikes to us. However, after only waiting maybe an hour or so we got a call from We Cycle that they were outside with our bikes. The bikes are your typical beach cruiser with a basket, lock and a bell. The bikes were very easy to get used to and made exploring g the island so much fun. You cannot beat the price either. For 3 bikes for 2 days it was only $64. To me that is a great price. What was great til was that they also picked up the bikes when we were done. The guy who dropped and picked up the bikes was awesome. I wish I could remember his name. He really liked my cheesy jobs about it's as easy as riding a bike. If you want a great experience renting a bike in Key West definitely check theses guys out. One of your rented bikes was locked up on top of my dads bike. Witnesses actually watched as your renter tried to remove my dads bike in front of Ricks. Instead your renter flattened the bike and locked up theirs on top of my dads. He is handicap and we would appreciate it if you would tell your renters to be more respectful otherwise they will have to pay for the damages done by those of us trying to gain access to our bikes. read more

I was able to get the bike for me and they would deliver the second bike to the hotel where I was staying the next day. No extra charge! The bikes came with a lock and front & back lights for night riding. Good rate for the adult trikes we rented. Big baskets for all the treasures we found. I was surprised how easily they peddled and maneuvered the streets of Key West. The company delivered the bikes to the Key West Express terminal and they were waiting for us when we got there. They also picked them up the next day when we left. I would have given them 5 stars but their communications skills need to improve. After they delivered the bikes to the terminal they were suppose to call me and let me know where the keys were.
