Ruth and her team have been cleaning my 2,000 sq ft condo for the past 12 years and have always done an excellent job. Sometimes she'll point out something that needs cleaning, like the dusty shelves inside my medicine cabinet, and does it, carefully returning everything to its right place. Last month, after recovering from my first case of covid, I asked for a deep clean, as I was expecting a house guest. Ruth and her team came prepared with all their cleaning materials and extra disinfectants. I've been so impressed with Victor and Ruth. They are thorough and efficient, and take feedback. I asked them once to focus on a particular piece of furniture when dusting, and every time it's cleaned with great detail. Also important, their price. Ruth and her wonderful helper have been coming to clean my home for the last several months and I can't say enough. I have a very particular boyfriend and we have nice things. He was very weary about letting someone into our home to clean it that we did not know. When I called the phone number, Victor helped me and he was very thorough. He asked a lot of questions and called me back with a very fair price for my first cleaning and then gave me a couple prices for upkeep depending on how often I planned on having them come clean. I scheduled immediately and it was very easy to find a time that worked. As soon as I met Ruth, I immediately liked her. She always has a smile on her face and is extremely friendly. They have done an amazing job and are 100% trustworthy. They clean our home as if it were their own and take such pride in it. After each cleaning, Ruth will ask me to walk around the house and check to make sure I am 100% satisfied with their work because that is their goal. I just love that. These guys did a very good job cleaning my house for me before I moved in. They did the cleaning while I wasn't there so I wasn't able to go over what I wanted done with them, so maybe the 4 star rating would have been 5 had I been there to explicitly cover everything. But they did a very good job. They cleaned baseboard, window sills, and even inside my oven. But they missed my dishwasher (not sure if that is normal or not) and some floor space in my laundry. Again, I was very happy overall, just wish I could have been there to talk in person. I would definitely use these guys again. read more

These guys are much friendlier than most cleaning services. When I've pointed out areas they've missed, Ruth addresses it with a smile which goes a long way compared to other services whose workers either argue or show attitude. At first, Ruth's cleaning was superb however, over time, their service is really not much better than other companies I've tried yet I'm paying $30 more every two weeks. I have to constantly point out that they miss cleaning glass doors, glass cabinet doors, wood cabinet doors, etc. If she can come up with a better system of listing all the focus areas of her customers and make sure her crew addresses them every time, I would give her 5 stars. For now, 3 stars is fair. read more

We decided to use this company based on their yelp reviews and we are glad we did. The communication was great and the price was very reasonable. We have used other cleaning services before and they did the best job by far. We always check on how good of a job companies do by looking at the baseboards as they seem to be overlooked quite frequently. Not only did they pass the "white glove inspection" but they even were able to get the inside oven better than what we could. Would def. use again and recommend. read more

I work full time and just started graduate school and my husband works 60 hours a week, so we've struggled to maintain our tiny place.
