The drop off at the airport was equally easy. I just called and gave about 20 minutes notice. they even were flexible when my flight was delayed. I would definitely rent from Elmora again. After I paid I realized that the site was incredibly suspicious and I called customer service. It was very hard to get in touch with anyone and when I did they circumvented my questions. After a while, they connected me with the distributor (which their site says they will not do) and that was Elmora Healthcare. To be fair, the customer service person with whom I spoke - he and I had a language barrier and in the end, I saw that he was trying to help me so no fault there. Once I was transferred to Elmora Healthcare I spoke with Ben Hertz, the manager and third generation in the family to run the business who assured me that the site was credible and gave me numerous ways to verify that. He proceeded to tell me where I could get further info on the chair I wanted and offered info on a scooter as well. He was extremely knowledgeable about challenges that disabled individuals face and answered my questions before I asked them. Once I got to NYC I decided to call them to thank them for their assistance as the chair was perfect and exactly as described. It was after hours but Ben answered. He was clearly out at an event but still took the time to tell me the ins and outs of the chair and let me know that I could call him anytime if there was ever a problem. When it was time to leave he called me to ask if I had been satisfied. This very long review is my testament to exactly how satisfied I was! I plan on using them any time I return to NYC. Thank you for all of your time and patience, Ben!

This tends to be more expensive for these kind but I prefer comfort than being cheaper especially when I have to wear scrubs for 12 hr shifts. They also sell other medical gear like shoes, ID holders, scissors, socks etc On the men's side - they sell things that I assume construction workers would wear. Can't really tell you more on that topic cuz I never bought any male items Let them sign you up for mailing list ... you get coupons in the mail ... like 10 bucks off 50 kinda thing. It helps :)

I put the boots back on the shelf, put my "public money" back in my pocket and left the store. Shown below is a letter that I sent to the CEO of the Corporation. I am done with them February 15th, 2021 Mr. Anthony DiPaolo, CEO Work 'N Gear, Inc. 2300 Crown Colony Drive Quincy, MA 02169 Re: Denied use of bathroom at Union, NJ - Work n' Gear store Dear CEO DiPaolo, 1. On Saturday, January 9th, 2021, I had the most unpleasant experience at your store on Route 22, Union, NJ. While in line r to purchase a $200 pair of Chippewa Boots. When I got to, I asked the cashier "can I use your bathroom" her response of "we don't have a public bathroom" took me by surprise. They were willing to accept my "public" money of $200 however they would not allow me to pee in their toilet. I was inside the store for about a half hour fitting several different boots before I made my final decision. 2. I stated because I cannot use your bathroom I will not buy the boots, I returned them to the shelf and left the store. Since I knew the brand, size and color I wanted, I went home and ordered them from midwestboots.com, the cost was $5.05 less than Work n' Gear. 3. I am a 35 year member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 25, I have purchased at least one pair of boots from this store every year for the past 20 years. I have also purchased Carhartt and Riggs clothing along with safety and cold weather gear. Attached is a photograph of three (3) pairs of KEEN Boots that I purchased from the Union store. The other photo is my most recent boot purchase from REI, EMS and Mid-West Boots. 4. I actually prefer to shop in "brick and mortar" stores because as a former elected official (I served as Council President of the Township of Irvington, NJ) I know first-hand how important these business are to our local economy and employment opportunities. I am willing to pay more out of pocket to support the merchants in my community. 5. I will never purchase another item from any Work n' Gear store. It is nice that the internet offers so many options. I refuse to do business with merchants that show a lack of respect for their customers, clients and the public. Thank you for reading my letter. Respectfully, John Sowell, Former customer Work n' Gear, Union, NJ

When you go inside Liberty Drug, you will see that it's set-up is messy and doesn't look clean…read more Everything in there seems dated back to the 1970s. I am posting today because of Liberty Drug's terrible customer service. My doctor put in an order for a compound to be made for me and Liberty Drug is slow (generally speaking, my experience is that their turnaround is over a week). Specifically, I placed my compound order a week and a half ago. At the time, I told them that I wanted the "small tube" TWICE during the phone call. Today, around 12:30pm, they called to say that my compound was ready for pickup. Approximately 3pm, I went to pick up it. They made the larger tube for me (which is about $40 more). The pharmacist stated that they needed to remake it. Then, the cashier said that it will be a 10-20 minutes wait. I was confused on the wait time knowing that it takes them a while to make compounds. So, I asked to speak with the manager. When I went to speak to the manager about this to understand my wait time, he blamed me for this issue (remember, all I wanted to know was how long it will take to remake my compound). He said that since this has happened twice with my order (it happened once before a year or two ago), he said that it was my fault. He did not look to his employees as the source of error. The lady next to him said that I needed to specify how many milliliter (ml) tube I wanted. I said that I would not know the ml size of this compound. This is not something that I look at or consider - would you know how many ml (or ounces) is your toothpaste? I said that the person who took my order should (and could) have clarified the size and cost, especially since I mentioned twice that I wanted the "small tube". But, this person did not. This person just hurried up and hung up after taking my order (he was abrupt and rushed during this call). So, the manager outright blamed me. He did not look to his people and their obligation to clarify the order. He did not look into his management failings to train his staff to ask the right questions. He had no consideration that it took them a week and a half to give me my order and that I drove approximately 30 minutes to go there on a very cold day. With that said, I have found the cashiers to be very friendly over the years, although there is a lot of turnover. Based on my experiences at Liberty Drug, they are not a well-oiled machine. Their processes and communications are similar to the store set-up - messy, not clean and outdated.
