The 2 young ladies working there were very helpful in helping with finding the right size uniforms.

High prices horrible attitude…read more Thank fully there are other options in this industry. As someone who goes through around a thousand boxes of gloves monthly I can promise this is not the business to buy them from. Owner wants to score a profit at all costs. Total a hole.

This is awful!!! Had to share, to let EVERYONE KNOW WHAT THIS BUSINESS IS DOING TO OTHER…read moreBUSINESSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A lot of people have been asking for an update on the outrageous lawsuit by Marathon Glove & Safety vs. Get Stuffed. As you know, our neighbor filed a lawsuit against my store at the peak of the pandemic because the owner and his attorney felt that our distribution of non-food essentials to the elderly, the front line workers, the first responders, the hospitals, and the whole community affected the amount of money he expected to profit from the community during the state of emergency. He claimed that distributing non-food essentials was in violation of our lease (even though our landlord completely supports what we're doing) and that we were unjustly enriched (even though we did not distribute non-food essentials for profit) and that we were in breach of contract (even though we have never entered into any agreements with Marathon). This week I wrote to the owner begging him to drop this suit already, especially since I would need to hire a new law firm to continue defending this ugly case. I even offered to stop distributing essentials if that would make this go away. I just received this response from him (in writing)... "At this point, I suggest that you retain the big firm and pay them the $20,000 retainer. Alternatively, you can pay it to me within 5 days and end this. This settlement offer will only increase. It will be withdrawn in 5 days if unaccepted." ... "You are one handshake and one check away from settling this." I'm pretty sure he doesn't care, but all of this could ultimately have a negative impact on our staff of mostly Union students. Even though I don't believe he employs people from the community, we do, and we care about them. We wish everyone success and happiness. I'm making this public so that people in our community can see what's happening right in our own back yard by a fellow Union business. I hope the Township can see what type of neighbor we have, and what type of tactics are being used to bully and shake down a local community-minded business.
