I was ignored for 3 and a half months until October 4th via phone and email. I asked for updates multiple times from October to January. When they finally responded, they told me I had to pay for parts and repair costs of things that were working fine when I dropped it off. I asked to speak to a manager and was met with attitude and an unwillingness to help rectify the situation, even after proving their horrible communication and explaining that they broke a part after I dropped it off. I would highly recommend doing your own due diligence before using this shop as the communication, attitudes, etc.... are not something I believe a service business should exhibit to their customers.

We take my moms mower and line trimmer to them now for all repairs and just recently purchased a brand new 0 turn Kubota mower from them, we couldn't be more happy with the deal we got, and the mower does everything promised. We will be doing business with Deen Kubota from now on, great people, great service, great prices. One of the best group of service people around, I highly recommend Deen Kubota.

The original quote sent was $429 for $165 hour labor plus replacing the starter. They finally arrived today after being a no show on 3 other days they said they would be there. They were on site for about 55 minutes. Diagnosis was a bad battery, which they did not replace. This is the invoice they sent after:  labor $433.95 milage $95 convenience fee $32.55 sales tax $47.94 total $629.09.

I have used this location twice now and have always received great service for picking up the…read moreequipment that I needed and assisting me in putting the equipment on my trailer. There were two helpful gentlemen at the front desk. However, a man approached us, who appeared to be a manager, who had overheard our conversation, at which he chimed in abruptly. I had asked for a quote on a larger excavator in which the guys initially were working on for me. The appeared manager asked what my intended use for it was and I replied with tree and dirt work and before finishing the sentence he was shaking his head as that of a child would do if not getting their way. I replied with "ok" and he continued with letting me know that I have to have commercial insurance, which i currently possess, and continued with the saying that " i will probably damage the equipment. The "manager" explained they were purchased for an oil company and not intended for the manner in which I had talked about. Personally, his act was not professional at all. I do have experience with the machines and to just assume that I would misuse the machine was unprofessional, and quite frankly rude and churlish. I am appreciative of the two younger guys at the front desk that assisted me in checking if the equipment was available and coming up with a quote. If the equipment is out front for rental, it appears to be ready for use. If not, then i would suggest moving to another location.

This is going to cost them more than $35. They have now lost the sale of 100Hp tractors (plural) as well as future replacement parts for all our equipment (tractors, mowers, skid steer, etc). The owner, Don, finally returned my call after a week. Stated Michael said "I spew off a litany of cuss words" That is totally untrue and he acknowledge that Jeff can be rude. Definitely a case of Poor Company Culture, when you know your employees are rude and make up false statements about customers and choose to ignore it.
