Maksim initially scheduled with me for Monday but ended up calling later in the afternoon to say he could squeeze me in today. So wonderful to not be without my fridge all weekend! He diagnosed the problem immediately, remedied it quickly, and charged us fairly. Worker 1 and I set up an appointment for him to come out at HIS earliest convenience, which was between 2pm-4pm on Thursday; he did not show up nor did he call to cancel or reschedule. When I called to ask if they were coming out, I overheard someone say that "he forgot". I asked "Did I just hear him say he forgot?" and Worker 2 said "Yes, he forgot." So I asked Worker 2 to meet me at my home at 5pm (since I had already left work for this purpose), but 5pm was inconvenience for Worker 2, but he agreed to meet me at my home at 4:45pm. At 4:46pm I called to see if he was going to make it and he said "I haven't left yet....this is why we give you a 2-hour window" and continued with "if you hadn't kept changing your times..." as the excuse to why they weren't coming out to assess my washing machine. I interrupted him and reminded him of the true sequence of events--B&B Appliances "had blown me off--twice!" At that point he became angered and stated, with rudeness that one who lacks customer service training possesses when challenged with facts, something toward the effect of "...if that's the way it's gonna be we don't want to do business with you...". I thanked him for his time and disconnected the call before his attitude became belligerent.
