I am not sure I've ever said that in a review. But I've now been here pre-covid and post. And I still feel this place needs a new cleaning crew, maybe a long weekend to sanitize every surface. My background is in nursing and public health, and I was just appalled at how gross the toys and structures were. I don't mind letting my child play at indoor facilities - it's nothing I have a "rule" against. But after finding layers of visible dirt/grime on almost everything we saw during our December visit, I was disgusted. Then that water table someone else mentioned... it's had this horrible rotting odor for years. I couldn't believe it's still there. But it is, still giving off an offensive stench that's pretty noticeable several yards away. There is a costume area with a stage, and the costumes have seen much better days. I cringed every time my son put on a hat or helmet - every toy/material here had some type of a smell and I wondered if anyone has ever put the costumes in a machine washer or wiped down the helmets? I was pretty surprised I didn't see any staff walking around, perhaps wiping surfaces or helping direct the masses of excited children. It was only $5 to get in, but I'm not sure why they can't charge a few dollars more and make the museum a clean, safer place for children. In December, covid, flu, and RSV were pretty prevalent in our area and I was nauseous thinking what we could have brought home with all of the disgusting things my son touched. I wish I could say we'd be back, especially as my son loves it, but this place is always a hard pass in my book.

They go above and beyond with the decor and attention to detail and creepy statues, and ugh gross. They had some of the creepiest elves I've ever seen in my life. The actors are also great. The wait was not too long. We might've waited 30 minutes in line - much longer during Halloween. It was really fun with so many different Christmas themes. There was even cousin Eddie from National Lampoon's Christmas vacation which was hilarious. I really enjoyed this Christmas haunted house. The actors did an awesome job. There were definitely plenty of jump scares. And at the end they had a Christmas bar with Christmas themed cocktails! It was a super fun to spend our evening.

It was a really well-done event and I thoroughly enjoyed this venue. The polar vortex made me a little dizzy- that was the ONLY part that was not enjoyable for me, but everything else was on point. The boozy hot chocolate (try the peppermint or the peanut butter!) and the singing reindeer were my favorite things there. There are many photo ops and lots of really creative and gorgeous displays. Santa Claus has his own photo area and the Grinch was roaming freely when I was there. I didn't try the snowball fight or the virtual reality sleigh ride, but those sounded fun too. The bar areas were intricately designed and I really loved the theming. Give this place a shot- the pricing seems pretty reasonable for as much as you get. I can't wait to come back with my son!

Have you ever been to a haunted house that has not one, not two but- FIVE different haunted house…read morewith five different themed bars each with its own speciality shots and cocktails, and it's own tiny nightclub? Then you need to go here!! I have been to factory of terror since I believe 2018 at Christmas time. They used to have a Krampus haunted house. Now they have Christmas experience for all ages. This year's Halloween haunted attraction was awesome. It was not the scariest but it was the most fun! My friend and I decided this year to go to a different haunted house every weekend this year. This was hands down our favorite. You walk in the gates and before you can even get inside there is a carnival themed bar with very creepy clowns. I had the orange screamcisle drink. You can hang out there or go inside the factory. Then inside you wait a bit and get your picture taken (for purchase at the end) then poison ivy's bar which is like a creepy garden bar. We had more cocktails and test tube shots. Then you get in line for the first haunted house - this one was an actual "house". All of the themed bars match the theme of the haunted house. The second haunted house was a factory. The third is a New Orleans cemetery. After that you head to the bourbon street area that has a bar, some vendors, a fortune teller, a lot of seating areas to hangout and a mini nightclub. We had so much fun here! We had hurricanes to drink and did some dancing. Then you move on to the fourth haunted house that is a "house" and hall of mirrors. The final you go through a pirate themed haunted house with special fog effects that make it look like you're walking through water. The final stop is a pirate ship bar - we had rum runners! You can tell they spend a lot of money on the decorations and the costumes are good too! There are definitely some jump scares. We were pretty scared at times. We were there for about 4 hours - you don't have to stay that long but we stopped to hang out at each bar. The wait for each haunted house isn't more than 20 minutes. I can't wait to return for their next event!

Convenient parking garage attached. Full bar with reasonable prices! Seats are roomy. It's big enough to hold a crowd but small enough to still feel intimate. Tons of folks to help direct you and find your seat but the seating is logically laid out so you can also manage on your own. I will look for other shows to attend. It's a wonderful venue.

I argued and they sent me to those seats anyway. Upon checking them, I returned back to the person and said no I paid for balcony front row in the center. You're trying to put me all the way to the right in the last row up against the wall on the bottom level. The workers then in a very snarky tone said go upstairs to your seats then and you can scream all you want up there. On our way we were stopped by another person trying to give us "a better view". Once at the entrance for our level someone else tried to get us to get different seats and then when we were sitting someone ELSE tried to "upgrade" our seats. If you don't want people on your balcony, don't sell balcony tickets.
