Danny and his team were are selected contractors for our home remodel. They did a beautiful job,…read moreon time and on budget. We were so pleased that we added to our requested work during the project. Details: The bid provided by the group was professional and well constructed. Danny met with us personally every day during and before the project began. Danny's team works for him - they are not a group of subcontractors - so the work was well done and reviewed daily by all involved. The entire project lasted 7.5 weeks. We remodeled the grand bath and bedroom, the laundry, an office and a guest bed and bath on the third floor of our townhome. We also had our two stories of stairs changed from carpet to hardwood. The hardwood matches the flooring that already existed on the second floor perfectly. We also had our banisters updated on the second and third floors. We added work to paint the first and second floors and to replace our old compactor with a new wine fridge in the kitchen. Everything turned out beautifully. We installed more than 1000 square feet of wood-look tile to replace the carpet in most of the areas mentioned on the third floor. The quality of the tile work is outstanding. The master bath had a built in tub removed and a stand alone soaking tub added. The shower was extended and surrounded by glass - a big change from a smaller, darker original shower. Three types of tile were used for the shower and the tile work there is perfect also. Custom vanities were built in to replace the older ones. These are just a few of the things they did that were exceptionally well done - everything, however was well done. If you would like someone with attention to detail who is extremely responsive to your needs, we recommend Danny and Remodeling by Danny. Happy to talk to you about his work if you need a referral. THANK YOU!

It took awhile to schedule with him and I was very patient to follow up. Once I decided on which…read morerepairs he could do, he was quick to follow up on my down payment. He scheduled to do my home repair on Saturday and then the day before states he has to do another job and start Monday when I was told after all my patience he would put mine at the top of the list. Throughout all of this a hail storm went through Carrollton requiring me to replace my whole roof. I found out my roofer can do the jobs I requested him to do covered under my insurance claim. I explained that to him I needed to cancel due to this. I have been honest, professional, and patient. I don't mind paying a cancellation fee(though I believe $120 is too high), but his response was very unprofessional and I would never work with him because of it. See pictures of his text. He claims I screwed with his time, but in the end he has weeks of mine.

From the day we visited 1:1 with Terry we knew we picked the right person for our new deck! He knew exactly what we wanted and added his own design views and the result was more beautiful than we could ever imagine. They showed up on time every day, didn't rush through the project and took their time to do it right! My father built our original deck 25+ years ago who passed away and it was time to get a new one. Terry surprised me with a design on the deck that was a lasting memory of my father. Terry is so caring and I was blown away by this! We used the TREK for our deck so we wouldn't have maintenance for years to come. If you want someone who truly cares and takes pride in what he does and has the crew who equally shares his work ethic, look no further and contact Terry! He's the BEST of the BEST!
