I never got it because it was never sent. Fast forward to a month later when I called Kevin to let him know I wanted to cancel this order. He did not answer the phone, however, instead of calling me back he charged me for the print I asked to be refunded for, and made it a "new order". I still haven't received a call back, and all of these pictures were taken 3 months ago. My family has had issues with his communication as well. We like to think of ourselves as patient and understanding people, but this is way past the line. We have now found someone else to take any future family photos. All in all, no, I wouldn't recommend Kinzley Photography because honestly? You may never get your photos.

I even did it from my phone! She also sent me some ideas and tips for what to wear to our photo shoot. I found that really helpful. On the day of our session, we met Nicole at a gorgeous location. The session was so much fun! I'm still amazed at how well she can capture my wild boys' personalities and engage them in such a way that they're having fun and we get phenomenal photos! A few weeks passed and I got an email that my photos were ready! That was quick. I followed the link through the email and arrived at a gorgeous and easy to navigate gallery of my family shots. I was speechless. The photos were more than I could've hoped for. They captured the spirit of my little family perfectly. I couldn't be happier with them. Nicole provided clear instructions on how to download them for the best quality and gave tips for printing versus posting on the internet. I would have never even known that there was a difference! This site was breathtaking. we had 14 people in our group which included one 3 year old. one 2 year old, one 1 year old, and one 10 month old. Joni wasted no time and understood the length of time to accomplish this was limited. she brought her son who had puppets to help in getting all the little ones to look at her. in 1 hour 15 minutes we had over 100 pictures with different variations of family members. my favorite is the one of myself and my husband with all our grandchildren.
