The absolute worst experience I have ever had buying flowers. The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers she received and I was completely humiliated and disgusted! They were not the colors I had asked for, nor were they arranged in any manner. The order was also not filled to value. I am a professional florist myself and the designer knew so, if this is how they treat fellow florists I cannot imagine how they do their regular daily orders. In addition, to the horrendous flower "arrangement", I had ordered a "brown teddy bear, horse, or other western plush" for her newborn baby. They sent a white teddy bear that looked like it should sit on a shelf not something for a child! When I called to visit with them about my disappointment, I was met with a confrontational attitude which I found completely unprofessional and rude. The phone call ended with the OWNER telling me she did not mind if I never ordered from them again and hanging up the phone. They obviously had never heard of customer service. If you are looking to open a flower shop, I suggest looking into the Cody area because they obviously don't have one there! Buyer beware, the grocery store (that's in the same parking lot) may be your better option! read more

These people are friendly and the arrangements are beautiful. I ordered flowers for my sister who lives outside of Cody (I live in Colorado). They do charge a delivery fee, but there was a big snowstorm the day I ordered, so my niece picked the flowers up so the delivery person wouldn't have to drive on bad roads. Since I had paid for the delivery fee with my credit card, they added extra flowers to the bouquet to make up for the difference in charges!! Very, very sweet and helpful girl on the phone!!!! I'll definitely use these people again! read more

This is a wonderful shop with a very skilled florist. Lorri did the flowers for our wedding and they were more beautiful than we could have imagined. I had some ideas for what I wanted, but some of the flowers I liked were out of season. She came up with some great ideas and they looked even better than the flowers I had originally liked. We got so many compliments on the flowers and they really helped to make our wedding day beautiful. read more
