We had ta schedule switch up due to some smoke at our wedding but Julie handled it like a champ and aligned with all of our vendors so fast that our guests had no idea that anything had changed up! I never got it because it was never sent. Fast forward to a month later when I called Kevin to let him know I wanted to cancel this order. He did not answer the phone, however, instead of calling me back he charged me for the print I asked to be refunded for, and made it a "new order". I still haven't received a call back, and all of these pictures were taken 3 months ago. My family has had issues with his communication as well. We like to think of ourselves as patient and understanding people, but this is way past the line. We have now found someone else to take any future family photos. All in all, no, I wouldn't recommend Kinzley Photography because honestly? You may never get your photos.

From the initial meeting all the way through picking up our final prints was organized and easy. We have a daughter entering her senior year of high school and she has social anxiety. It usually takes her quite a while to warm up to someone. The session she had with Kristine was spectacular. Kristine knew exactly how to make her comfortable and make the whole experience a positive one. My wife and I can tell how comfortable our daughter is based off her smile. We know when it is forced or faked and every one of her smiles was genuine. Kristine's work was absolutely phenomenal. She knew all the best places along the Clark Fork and in downtown Missoula to get the best pictures. We even had our dog for a portion of the session and that went wonderful. Our daughter had such an enjoyable time with her. We can't recommend Kristine enough. This is the last time we will need graduation pictures, but you can be assured if either of our kids get married in Western Montana, we will be using her.

I booked a mini-session with Nicole and was immediately emailed a contract to review and sign along with an invoice for my deposit. Both were super easy and quick to take care of and sign digitally. I even did it from my phone! She also sent me some ideas and tips for what to wear to our photo shoot. I found that really helpful. On the day of our session, we met Nicole at a gorgeous location. The session was so much fun! I'm still amazed at how well she can capture my wild boys' personalities and engage them in such a way that they're having fun and we get phenomenal photos! A few weeks passed and I got an email that my photos were ready! That was quick. I followed the link through the email and arrived at a gorgeous and easy to navigate gallery of my family shots. I was speechless. The photos were more than I could've hoped for. They captured the spirit of my little family perfectly. I couldn't be happier with them. Nicole provided clear instructions on how to download them for the best quality and gave tips for printing versus posting on the internet. I would have never even known that there was a difference! My only complaint is that I love them all and cannot choose which ones to print. I ordered every. single. one. Not a bad problem to have, if you ask me. We stumbled across this place while walking one evening and decided to return the next day for some fun family photos ! I am so sorry but I forgot the owners name. She was SO sweet and accommodating, especially with our 4yr old son. She had so much patience to dress him and let him get a feel for what he wanted to wear as a cowboy. As you know, most kids at 4 have a mind of their own and not always ready for dressing and pictures ! The place was very clean and so organized ! A girl after my own heart, lol. She had multiple changing rooms and had rooms for different costumes as well as multiple backdrops for settings. We were pleasantly pleased with how they all came out.
