Waited and waited, rang the little bell, no one ever showed up. We literally could have robbed the store blind, finally, after continuing to ding the little bell over and over again, a sullen teenage girl walked up to the counter and started to ring up my items. I asked her if she could recommend anything for dog skin allergies, she said " I dunno". Ok, so much for this place being a specialty pet store. I also witnessed canine staff lying to management to cover up this abuse and neglect. When I approached management and the PCAS board of directors about these issues I began experiencing emotional abuse from the canine staff and their family.
