Matt is a detailing genius!!! My car looks fabulous! I have a low mileage CTS that is one year older than my son (now in 8th grade). Over the years there have been car seats, sippy cups, fast food meals (that spilled), football cleats, baseball cleats and equipment...you get the idea. Well the car that had gotten somewhat embarrassing for friends to see now looks fantastic and the new rule of drinking nothing but water in the car has been implemented. I can't say enough good things about Matt and Wax on wheels. I forgot to mention it cost about half of what I expected that was another huge bonus. It was also nice that I could have my car detailed while on a girls week so I didn't have to go without a car when I get home and it's very inconvenient to be without your car for a day! My cousin took me to drop the car off, we ran errands, had lunch, and shopped at the outlets across the street until it was time to pick it up. I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado, crew cab, long bed, with a utility cap. All White. I got some type of yellow film over the entire truck and cap. I took it to a Chevrolet dealers body shop. They had no idea what it was and didn't want to touch it. They told me the clear coat was failing and to take it back to the dealer that I bought it from, which was coincidentally the same dealer. I called another body shop and they recommended Wax on Wheels. So I took it to Wax on Wheels. I was immediately impressed. I could tell Matt knew exactly what he was doing. I scheduled the work with Matt. Matt knew that it's my work truck, so he went above and beyond to get it back to me as quickly as possible. The truck was absolutely perfect! I took my truck to Wax On Wheels on Thursday, August 23rd due to a pervasive mold smell that my wife and daughter are very susceptible to. I dropped my truck off then Matt very graciously drove me back to where I was staying. Wax On Wheels did an outstanding job, thoroughly detailed the inside of the truck. When I brought the truck back to my wife she was cautiously optimistic, but after a day of no longer coughing or sneezing we were sure that they solved the problem. I found WOW on Yelp and based on the other reviews gave them a shot at a full detail on my car. I'll start with how responsive Matt was on every communication. He explained to me in advance what he was going to do, and followed up immediately when it was done. The price was very fair for a full detail, and the work was outstanding. I had a white mercury car covered with "artillery fungus pods" the consistency of tar! FYI, Beware of "all wooded mulch" artillery fungus grows in all, and shoots a pod up to 20 feet! I had Thought I was going to need a new paint job, I couldn't remove them without smearing them or eating up the paint? Matt detailed my car in a half day, including inside, for $80. Radio on 12 year old Kia Sorento went out. Very impressed with Matt's demeanor and professionalism. I'm very disappointed because even after my car was waxed I found out that it's armpits were still hairy. It's a fine establishment but would avoid if your can is emotionally sensitive about sits hair. The only reason it's getting five stars is because the wax strips taste like my favorite type of ketchup. read more
