I entered on the first floor where I was greeted and where the receptionist checked me in. I then proceeded to the third floor via the stairs (elevators are available too). Once on the third floor, I was seen by a nurse or lab tech. within 3 minutes. She took my blood sample through my left arm and that was it. I was out of there very quickly. I spent under 8 minutes in the building. My results were released within 2 hours in the "My Chart by Epic" app that Cleveland Clinic uses and everything came out normal. No complaints. I recommend the Lakewood Family Health Center of Cleveland Clinc for all your blood work or general doctor visits need. I have been to the Lakewood Family Health Center many times in the past several years for…read morebloodwork, primary care doctors, endocrinology doctors, and once to the emergency dept for a fractured wrist. The support staff, nurses, doctors are supportive, patient and kind. The wait time is minimal for the different departments, and there is ample parking. I highly recommend this facility
