I entered on the first floor where I was greeted and where the receptionist checked me in. I then proceeded to the third floor via the stairs (elevators are available too). Once on the third floor, I was seen by a nurse or lab tech. within 3 minutes. She took my blood sample through my left arm and that was it. I was out of there very quickly. I spent under 8 minutes in the building. My results were released within 2 hours in the "My Chart by Epic" app that Cleveland Clinic uses and everything came out normal. No complaints. I recommend the Lakewood Family Health Center of Cleveland Clinc for all your blood work or general doctor visits need. Because it's in a plaza there's plenty of accessible and regular parking. It's fairly easy to get to this location in general. Upon entry, I was shocked how quiet the waiting room was. I realize this is probably just luck, but I was seen near immediately by the doctor I visited at this location. The waiting room was clean and large with local art hanging. I thought it was really cute that this building was abundantly decorated for Halloween. A nurse informed me that the different hallways were having an inner-departmental Halloween decoration contest. It was really charming to see as I was led to the exam room. If you can see a doctor at this location, I think it's worth the drive.
