That facility is currently staffed largely by Hispanics. My observation is that they are a happy team sometimes a little slow and noticing that I am parked out in the front pick up section and my order gets staged, but sometimes goes unnoticed that I am waiting in the pick up area. However, in the past three or four months, the response has been greatly improved so it appears management has focused on this and I have picked up in mornings late afternoon and evening hours. I would say the evening shift shows less improvement but it's still significant. Thank you team members and keep up the good work at making my experience at your location very satisfactory.
