Officially the best night I've ever had. I have had some serious rough nights and really was looking forward to a nice latte after coming home from the gym. This woman working the drinks looked awfully serious but compelling as she dove and elegantly worked around the barista station. She then called my number. 011. I look up to see a gorgeous large latte mounded with whipped cream. Looking like a damn perfect dream. And immediately I dove for the cream. She even commented she added extra just for my sake and that warmed my heart, till I took a glorious sip. I have never had such a wonderful creamy experience hit my tastebuds like that in so long. This was easily the best matcha I have EVER had in my life. Not only did I have one. But I finished it within minutes to get a second one. And she was generous enough to make ir a large just for me. this woman is a hero. And I hope I get to see her once again at the barista station at this Wawa. read more

The workers are very fast paced and you'll usually get your drink in a very short time after ordering from the screen. When you order food items, it'll take about 5-10 minutes when it's busy but the workers never fail to a good job! I ordered one of their meatball sandwiches but they ran out of meatballs (which was reasonable since it was dinner time) so one of the workers informed me about it and asked me if I wanted to order something else instead-- I thought that was really nice that the employees were willing to offer another choice since the one I wanted wasn't available. This review is for a fuel stop only and it was my second time. The attractive pricing of under $2 a gallon was a draw. A great location to get in and out off Lynnhaven Parkway. A for the most part clean lot, however exterior landscaping had debris present. The pump area was clear of debris and trash within its boundaries. I don't recall if washer and towels were available. No issues with my card working and completing fueling. No receipt was needed. Want to save more, look into their loyalty card program to save up to 25 cents a gallon for new customers. Love my WaWa's and would return and next time grab a coffee for the road. Without a visit inside a 3.5 rounding down seems appropriate. read more

Wawa is now my one stop shop! Gas, coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I've been to plenty of Wawas but this one is my favorite. The gas is usually cheaper here. Easy to enter and exit. Always clean and the staff is really friendly. Another pro is that there is no ATM fee. They added new food selections to the menu with the renovations. My new favorite are their salads. They still have touchscreen computer ordering. Everything I've tried is delicious. I will not get a sandwich from anywhere else. Prices are affordable for a convenience store, and they always have some type of promotion going on ( ex.$1.99 specialty drinks, $5.00 combos etc). The only con I can think of is that they get really busy during peak hours, so there may be a wait if you're ordering food for lunch or breakfast. Other than that Wawa is one of my favorite convenient stores. read more

My review tonight is for Michele the cashier. I've done customer service for basics my whole working career. So I know a thing or two about it. It is getting harder and harder to find great and genuine customer service. Tonight I experienced it. She greeted everyone with a warm smile. Offered some banter. Gave me some wawa info that I was not aware of..( if you order something with the app and pay with cash, you still need them to scan the rewards bar code. Even if they scan the barcode for what you ordered on the app. Or you won't get the points). But the she also took the time to show me and count back to me my change. No one does that anymore. This Wawa stays killing the game. I get a Spicy Turkey Club sandwhich every time I go in and Wawa never disappoints. The bread is toasted to perfection and the Chipotle mayo adds a nice kick. Today I tried a Cinnamon Toast Frappe that complimented my sandwhich perfectly. The staff always manages to make your order super quickly even if there is a ton of people in line. This is in a nice location so i even feel safe enough to get my gas here at night. There's lots of parking and two outlets for you to get out so it never gets congested. read more

if you are incapable of making a simple biscuit sandwich with ONLY sausage on it, don't offer the service! Waited forever for this sandwich to be made after being told it would take 3 minutes. 15 minutes later and two attempts at making the sandwich, I left the store and went elsewhere. I must say this is a pretty busy location but super convenient. It wasn't too bad for me to find a pump even though the gas truck was there to drop it's load. Getting into a parking spot was a bit of a struggle with so many people coming in & out. read more

WaWa, how I missed you so. We usually go to the Ferrell Pkwy location whenever we're in town visiting family but this was closer to where we spent our afternoon. Staff's friendliness depends on day to day visits. We usually grab a specialty coffee made in the deli, and occasionally some food. Coffees are always good, whether you make it yourself or order at the touchscreen. You can ask for the little sample cups for the coffee but employees lie and say they're out, even though you can see and point to them ... Anyways, the store is usually clean, but the coffee bar's trash is usually over flowing. read more

The breakfast here is good when you don't want to cook or spend a lot of money but have a taste for breakfast. I love the coffee here too. The store just had a total upgrade and they've updated the menu. I use to get this one Flat bread egg white sandwich that's no longer on the menu and I really wish they would bring back. Well I gave this location five stars and I know no place is perfect but this branch is the one I go to the most and I have been to some other ones but I really like this one especially in the morning time when you go in there they always have happy music playing and the people who work there are just great. There is always a great selection of coffee and a lot of different food selections which you can very easily order from the touch screen monitors. The store always seems clean and they have a very large amount of gas pumps and to top it all off this location has a free air station where you can fill your car tires free of charge so I really don't have anything bad to say about this if you're in the area looking for a snack or to get some gas it's a great location and I feel happy to recommend it. read more

I ordered whole, roast beef hoagie. I tried to eat it. I reluctantly ate half. (That was difficult enough as the woman who prepared my sandwich did not cut it.) It literally looked like a pig sty when I opened it, everything was falling out because the preparer didn't even put the toppings on the inside. It was a disgusting mess. I wouldn't feel comfortable serving that sandwich to a family member, let alone serving it to myself. She applied way too much of the condiments I asked for. There was no order or method to this sandwich. Everything was just jammed in a piece of bread. I threw the rest away, and I was extremely disappointed in this service as this was the first time I've ever received food of this quality from a wawa. It's a nice enough little place, but I don't recommend having a meal prepared there. Save your money. What I don't understand is why people think it's okay to serve people like this. We've all been at the other end of customer service. Nobody wants to receive service like that, so why would you serve someone garbage? read more

Wawa is always lit af. Free air. Gas is always cheap here, the food here is amazing for gas station quality, many drink options I like to get the milkshakes here. Come here for breakfast and they offer a variety of breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. The best time of the year is to come here during the fall for their turkey bowls, you can get them with cranberry sauce! which I tried for the first time today and it was bombbbb. It's close to thanksgiving as you can get. Service here is great too and bathrooms are on point. I do believe this is the location I had the experience described below over 10 years ago. Let me paint you a picture... I'm 19 years old but I just came from a club and I was drunk. Since I wasn't of age that means somehow I got into a club without being carded and started drinking like any rookie would do. I think the club was Excess, which used to be one of my spots while in college. This was a fun night but I do remember being drunk leaving the bar. Wow, so illegal! ;) We then drove to this Wawa taking the backroads. I remember sitting in the back seat complaining about how badly I had to use the restroom and my buddy kept on teasing me as to how we were close to the gas station. Lies, lies, lies. What felt like a two hour drive was probably only 15 minutes. Anyway, we finally arrived. My drunk ass finally gets to the restroom. Calm down. It was only a #1. Then it gets better. As I was quite inebriated I proceeded to use the touch screen to order a sub. In my head I had this vision of this big ass sub with all the toppings and I was going to crush it on the way home. The only thing that was crushed were my dreams of a sub that oh so irresponsible late evening. It turns out that as productive as I felt in front of the touch screen all I ended up ordering was ham. Ham. Just the freaking HAM. The best part was hearing the guy behind the counter. I was begging him for my sub and as my friends were dragging me out of Wawa (with nothing in my hand) the guy laughed about me spending five minutes in front of the touch screen to only order ham. read more

Just picked up a Flurricane that costs over $4 and wasn't even filed to the top of the cup like at other wawa locations. Basically got ripped off here. Best coffee ever, the best staff and amazing food! I go to this WaWa everyday because of these key factors. I walk in grab my coffee and I don't have to deal with opening those little creamers. I have the convenience and lots of variety. If I'm feeling like having more than just a normal coffee they have a variety of options to choose from. Oh and the price you can't beat. If you do order they are fast and always happy to help. If you don't see something on the screen they will let you know what to put in and make what you want. The staff is just amazing, they always greet me with a smile, willing to help and will open registers when the line gets long. This is the best part of my morning. read more

Our family went to this location today and we were super upset with how the manager and the lady behind the counter treated my husband. We put $15 on our pump and it wasn't working. My husband went in and let them know that the pump wasn't working that he just put the money on. The person behind the counter said you lifted the pump up and put it back down and reset it and said we had to pay another $15 if we wanted gas. We refused this answer and asked the speak to the manager. The lady called the manager and said in front of my husband "yea there's a dumb ass here who reset the pump and wants his money back". The manager never came and gentleman helped my husband and the lady put our money on a different pump. read more

Like everyone else I must agree his is your typical Wawa with your basic needs. The gas prices at this location always seem to be a bit higher to me compared to the others and since my car takes premium I need the cheapest I can find. I'll tell you about that in my next review. Anyway they have friendly staff. My favorite item from here is the pepperoni and provolone bagel. It's already made under the heat lamp every morning and it's amazing. They have good specials on the smoothies and subs which is ideal because I think we are all on a budget these days. I also appreciate that they have a machine to check your lottery tickets so you don't have to ask them to do it at the register or search for the sheets to read it yourself. My only suggestion would be for the food under the heat lamp to have its own SKU button on the register so you don't have to hand your food over to be rung up. I'm very OCD so I cringe every time I have to do that because it's only covered by a thin, aluminum foil like wrapper and all it takes is one slip and the cashiers hand is touching my sandwich. read more

I love going to wawa they normally have the cheapest gas and the best food. The only reason why I give this one a 4 star is because the air pressure machine they have is outdated. Any time I need air for my tires I find my self driving further down the road to the next wawa to use their air machine because they're in machine is digital and all I have to do is tell it what air pressure I need and it automatically fills it up for me I love that I wish this wawa can upgrade to that air machine as well. read more
