She made a very fine margarita and banana chocolate shake. We started with Chips & Guac, then went with an American Breakfast, BLT, Chile Colorado, Birria, Pancakes, and Chicken Alfredo. All were well prepared and the extra spicy Chile I asked for provided a nice kick. The Birria was a bit sweeter than we were used to, with a bit of cinnamon. The service was great. The waitress was so friendly and thoughtful. The one issue we had was that they kept the front door open. I'm not sure if it was to save on air conditioning, but by the time we were finished eating, there were multiple flies bombarding our lunch. Overall a very good place to grab lunch.
