Beautiful NJ tomatoes and big, clean, cold chunks of iceberg, and 2 types of onions in the clean and orderly fixin's bar were so satisfying. A few minutes later the food came out, and let me tell you - I was blown away by the flavor and quality. Perfect maillard reaction on the burger (which I believe is of the "smashed" variety), excellently caramelized onions and mushrooms, as well as a decent cheese. EASILY the best fast food burger I've had in the past decade. If I had to compare the flavor, I'd say it's as if Five Guys and Smashburger collaborated to make something actually decent.
