Regina informed me that he would be available in approximately half an hour, so we continued shopping and returned shortly after his arrival. Upon our return, Lee was assisting another customer. Regina immediately recognized us, remembered that we had been waiting to speak with him, and informed Lee that we had already been waiting for some time. She then graciously continued assisting Lee's customer so that he could help us without further delay. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that we received the assistance we needed was truly commendable. Regina demonstrated exceptional teamwork and genuine care for Costco members, making our experience an exceptionally positive one. But I have specifically spoken with Andrea one of the Pharmacists and I know I've spoken with a few others. A huge kudos to them and their staff. They have gone above and beyond several times for me. I am only one client. I am sure that they do this across the board for all of their clients which are probably in the thousands. The customer service experience at the pharmacy is unparalleled and outstanding. They have relentlessly contacted my physician in another state while I am tdy & dealing with medical issues with my parents for an indeterminate amount of time. They have made numerous phone calls about numerous issues and always, always followed up with me. Even when my cell phone provider, it inadvertently blocked all Costco's across the United States from being able to call or leave voicemail messages or text. They were still consistent and diligent, in going above and beyond on the behalf of myself. I cannot speak highly enough the pharmacy staff. For the rest of this costco... well it's typical costco.

A good stop In…read morepoking around in Yelp I learned Rogers Market, a convenience store at Bahia Vista and Beneva, has an area where food is prepared. I decided to poke my head inside and see about getting something for lunch. In the back as you walk in the door there is a place with an overhead menu board and a couple of people manning the place. I headed back and looked over what they offered. While someone was patiently waiting for me to order, I quickly scanned the menu. What caught my eye was a large picture of a 1lb Beef Burrito. I'm not much for Mexican food but the 1lb interested me, I was hungry. That's what I ordered. It turned out one was already made and sat in a warmer to my left, along with some burgers. While I didn't get a chance to watch them prepare something, it was certainly convenient in this convenience store to just grab it. I noticed it had a date and time stamp when it was made, just over an hour earlier. Ok with me. I paid for my burrito at the regular register. Rogers had a few small tables and a counter where you can look out at the gas pumps, I sat at a table. My burrito was piping hot where I had to be careful with those first few bites. It was also good, I think I like Mexican food more than I let on. It was also hefty, plenty to satisfy my hunger. It is a good stop, whether you want something quick or if you want to sit and enjoy your food.

This place is disgusting and the General Manager, Jose, is unfit for his position. The parking lot…read moreis a mess and appears to have never been maintenanced. There are potholes, uneven pavement, and huge chunks of asphalt all over the lot and between the pumps. Yesterday, I blew out my tire on a pothole that was filled with water. It almost took the entire wheel off the car. I went inside and water was pouring out from multiple tiles in the ceiling and the insulation was protruding down with it. The floor behind the register was puddled with water, and there was a box fan and exposed electrical wire sitting in it - with an employee (Jacob) standing in it. The manager (Arsam) was nice and took photos and wrote an incident report, until he got on the phone with the GM, Jose, who asked to speak with me. Jose was shockingly rude, and refused to assist in any way. I asked for insurance information and said I would handle the claim myself. He still refused to provide information and stated that he was refusing to report the problem (as required by all general liability policies). The staff then watched from the windows as other customers spent hours in the rain trying to assist me, until we determined the car had to be towed. The conditions are unsafe for preparing food. It's absolutely disgusting. And apparently, it's not even safe to drive through, let alone get gas. This place needs a major renovation, or a shut-down. And new management.
